“Exactly what we were looking for”

We stayed on two occations in two consecutive weeks. The hotel was newer at the time we were there. It was super clean and the rooms were bigger than other rooms we have stayed in. We had a king bed, and in addition to the bed was an area with a couch, so the rooms were pretty large. The service at the desk was prompt and friendly. The breakfast was continental, and they also had waffles. We also visited the pool area and it was a basic hotel pool with hot tub, and very clean and nice. We didn't use the work out room, but saw it, and it didn't have a lot of equipment, but would have worked fine for a light work out. We are moving to the area, and plan to have any visitors who will be staying in a hotel book rooms there. It was perfect for our needs.

The hotel was very accommodating and conveniently located. We had just got back from Las Vegas the previous weekend, where we stayed on the strip in a 4-star hotel, but I had to prop up my head with an extra blanket. Thank you for making an extra pillow standard for the room. Oh yeah, The waffles were wonderful!

This hotel was clean & very nice. Lovely decorations in the lounge. Nice breakfast. Everything was clean, quiet, tastefully decorated. We had a great stay.

“Worst Cusomter Service”

My daughter got sick the first night we were there. I went to the front desk to ask for some papertowels and was told they did not have any -but was given some extra towels to clean the mess. In the morning I went back to the front desk to let them know I put the towels in a bag to contain the smell and I thought the towels were stained. I was told that I would be charged for the towels. I then asked to make sure the room was disinfected since we were staying another night and when I wiped it up with a washcloth and the cloth came up yellow. I was told they would clean it. I returned in the evening to find the bathroom had vomit on the toilet on the seat and wall. I went to the front desk and was told "Yea, I saw the report and the room was clean." I explained where it was not clean and was told they would go look at it. I went out to dinner and returned and it was still not cleaned. Again I spoke with the front desk. By now I was not happy and explained that I didn't think it was right that I was at the point where I was going to buy cleaner and disinfect the bathroom myself. The man then went up and wiped off the toilet and that was it. I was very disgusted and had to place towels on the floor in the bathroom so that we could feel comfortable walking in there. I would definately not recommend this hotel to anyone that I know that will be staying in the area nor will I ever plan to revisit this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel on a Friday night. It was clean and quiet. The mattresses were really comfortable and the room was spacious. Our check in experience was adequate, but not extremely friendly. The next shift was much better and very nice. The breakfast included make your own waffles and hardboiled eggs, along with many other things. We were very pleased and will stay again when we return to Grand Rapids.
