“It's All Good”

Our room was clean and comfy, and the desk staff was courteous and speedy (we didn't get to check in until 1 AM). The only odd thing was, our room key didn't work on the second day. We had paid for two nights, but they said they don't always code the keys to work for more than one day. Weird! Other than that, our stay was delightful.

This hotel is along a "hotel row" in Grand Rapids. We had no idea how to get to our neice's graduation party, and the staff was kind enough to run a Mapquest for us. Took us right there! (of course finding the same way back in the dark is another story!)

“Better than Expected”

My wife and I stayed here for one night in July 2008, having stayed here before the previous summer. All was better than expected for the price we paid: no problems with the wireless Internet, clean bathrooms, and a good breakfast. The staff we encountered were all very helpful as well, even giving us a map of the state, which we had forgotten at home.

“Great for 'park and fly'”

This hotel starts their breakfast service at 4:30 am which is great for travelers with an early flight. They provide a full breakfast and the shuttle service to the airport was prompt. We returned on a holiday weekend and they did not have a shuttle driver available for pickup at the airport so they paid for the cab fare. I would use this hotel again.

The hotel is very nicely located, staff very courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean and it is a hotel we will stay at again.

“A perfect conference sleeping place”

This hotel was very clean and exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed the hot breakfast. We were attending a conference and were looking for an inexpensive clean place to sleep and this definitely fit the bill.

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was small, but very clean. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was great. Overall a great place to stay.

We attended Cornerstone Women's Soccer game (our daughter plays) and then checked in. Warm accomodations. Breakfast was good, although I felt like I was sitting on top of my neighbor at times. Overally, a great place to stay!

Have stayed here a number of time while in Grand Rapids on business. Older hotel but clean and well located to shopping, eateries and airport
