Hotel location perfect for our stay.Posted Jun 27, 2014
Bed not very comfortable. Who every was above us clomped around ALL night long. The room next door must have had plumbing issues because our entire visit the plunger and a pile of towels sat outside the door the whole time. The hot tub was closed for repair but when we asked the.desk if there was one they said "oh yes" . Nothing about it being closed. The pool water was cloudy... we did not use it.

Comfortable experiencePosted Jun 23, 2014
Pros: The rooms are good size, and the bed was very firm and comfortable.
Cons: Noise seemed to carry easily.
We spent 4 nights at the Comfort Suites in Comstock Park. It was a very pleasant experience. Staff was great. The first night there were little children running up and down the hall at 11:00 pm, but after mentioning it to the staff at the desk, it did not happen again. The room was on the 4th floor near the front entrance and people could be heard talking in the evening so next time we stay there, we will be sure to ask for one on the back side. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

Solid stayPosted May 30, 2014
Pretty good place...but my biggest gripe is there is nothing near by other than Fifth Third Field...not much to eat and little to do.

True to its name!Posted Jan 4, 2014
Pros: Everything seemed new and was a good value for the price.
Location: Right across from Fifth-third ballpark, close to the highway. It was wonderful to NOT to stay out by 28th street!
We stayed in a Queen suite which offered more space. We arrived just after the Rosebowl started and were pleasantly surprised to discover the game televised in the theatre room on the big screen! Plenty of big leather couches to relax and enjoy the game. Breakfast was consistently good with plenty of variety and kept very clean! Staff was attentive and quick! Housekeeping staff were great too!

Perfect hotel for what we neededPosted Dec 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
We had to go to the Helen DeVos Childrens Hospital up in Grand Rapids. Comfort suites was our choice because they had a special rate going at the time. However, now that I've stayed there I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to travel to the area. The room was exceptionally clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located to downtown Grand Rapids, and in a nice area too. Overall, we were very satisfied with Comfort Suites
