“Clean and Friendly”
I would highly recommend this hotel. Staff was professional and responsive. Rooms were spacious and clean.
“Highly recommend”
I was only in town on business for one night, but I was very pleased with the experience. The accomodations were very pleasant, the room was clean. I'd rate the breakfast a 7/10 for the food itself, but I am very appreciative that it was included in the room rate and made available. I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future.
“An excellent value”
I travel throughout North America frequently. This hotel is the best value I have seen in years. Room rates are very reasonable, but more importantly, this place is clean quiet, and in excellent condition. It has easy access on and off the highway. Its just a mile north of downtown Grand Rapids, which makes it close enough for dinner and entertainment, and far enough away to be safe and quiet. Its about a three iron away from the minor league baseball park. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice amenities like granite sink and counters. Everything you would expect while traveling, and in excellent condition. Staff was very friendly too.
“Stellar Service”
The staff and members of this hotel are phenomenal. They will go the extra mile to help and assist you. I needed help locating some blocks of ice and exhausted every avenue in an effort to help me. I will be returning very soon.
“Goo value for the business traveler”
Very surprised at how nice and clean it was for a lower end, 8 year old property. Rate was very good, as well.
“choose this one”
This was a clean place with a nice breakfast and courteous staff.
“Great half way place to stay”
this was a perfect half way place to stay. missed out on the morning breakfast--thought they served an hour later than they did, but that was th eonly downside
“Would book it again”
Newer hotel with clean spacious rooms, good beds, and freindly staff. The full breakfast is a bonus.
“Close to the White Pine bike trail”
This hotel is a great place to overnight if you are riding the White Pine bike trail to the north. The trail is accessible about 500 yards from the hotel. You do have to cross a busy road (West River Road) to get to the trail, but we had no issues walking our bikes across the road. The town of Rockford to the north is a good place to stop for lunch or ice cream, cute town and the also have a bike shop about a block east of the trail.
