“Very nice hotel”

No complaints about this hotel. We were in Grand Rapids for a wedding and the location was very convenient. Free cookies and breakfast was great.

The Hotel was very clean, and quiet. We used the pool and had it to ourselves for about 30 minutes while we used the whirlpool. Then one other family came in. (got lucky, didn't we?) The complimentary breakfast was terrific. Waffles, french toast, scrambled eggs...it was all very tasty. I can't say enough about the cleaning staff. The room was spotless.

“Top Shelf”

From check in to check out, we couldn't have asked for better accomodations. The location fit our needs to a "T." The staff was super as were the breakfast selections. Although we were there only two days, there was a different main choice on each day. The pool area was well received by the younger members of our party as well as their parents. All were impressed.

Friendly and helpful staff. Outstanding, large, clean suite. Awesome breakfast with lots of variety. We plan to return to the Grand Rapids area soon and will stay here.

“what we needed”

This was exactly what we needed. It was well taken care of and in a great location. The front desk was helpful and the room clean. The hotel itself was fairly basic-- not much of a workout room and standard breakfast. We would definitely go back.

“Very Beautifully Decorated!!!”

I was very impressed with my stay at Comfort Inn and Suites by Carlson. I felt that the decor of the rooms were comparable to the Hilton line which made it feel a little bit nicer than just staying at some regular old hotel. The service was excellent and the complimentary breakfast was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to others!

Very courteous and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was spotless. Combine all of this with a generous breakfast, and you have a fantastic stay!
