“comfortable”

After staying in Chicago at a TERRIBLE hotel prior to this trip, this hotel was a breath of fresh air! Very affordable yet comfortable, clean, nice rooms. We were there during spring break so the only negative was no towels in the pool area. Despite the volume of people, our room was always ready for us at the end of the day.

“Great hotel”

We were in Grand Rapids for a family funeral and chose this hotel. All staff very pleasant and accomodating. Great breakfast in cafe as well as use of cafe tables at night for a take out meal worked great. Nice atmosphere.

“3rd best hotel in grand rapids area”

We have stasyed in this hotel every weeked for the past month and a half. There is alot of upsides to this hotel at the same time a few down sides. First I must say the hotel service is some of the best I have seen. The staff is so friendly and also help us out with our 2 kids including holding them or putting them in high chairs in the morning for us when our hands were to full. Down sides is the pool is alittle cooler then I like. Hot tub is nice but both could use some new paint. Rooms are large clean and very nice. We plan to return

“Loved the extra pillows”

The room was spacious and very nice. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the extra pillows. Being situated near the elevator, my room had a little extra noise, but not too much. Breakfast looked good, but wasn't complimentary, so I skipped it. Not too far from the airport, but didn't notice flight noise in the room. I'd stay there again, as long as I had a car. Lots of restaurants and shopping within a few miles.

“Big isn't always better”

Our room at the Courtyard in Kentwood was very nicely appointed. Furnishings were clean and well kept. The bed was a bit hard and seemed a more inexpensive mattress than we usually find at Courtyard establishments. Breakfast was excellent and service on all ends was top notch. Put another 50 square feet in the room and add a new mattress and this would have been a 10 instead of a 9.

“Good Stay”

We were very satified with everything--clean, fresh, quiet. The only small disappointment was the tv. The channel we prefer was not working properly and being avid golfers, we missed not having the Golf Channel. We like staying here when we visit Grand Rapids.
