Pros: Very nice staff. Easy to get to. The price is right. Cons: Breakfast was lacking protein. Property is a little dated. Fox News on in the lobby every time I came through.

We had two tvs in our first room. Great, but neither worked. In the middle of the night a wall unit started making a noise like a jack hammer. We finally went down to the front desk around 3 in the morning and ended up switching rooms. In this new room we could only hear road noise. The tv didn’t work here either.

I had an upstairs room and everytime i took a step the floor creaked. also there is only one entrance into or out of the building. if there is a fire at the front entrance you are trapped unless you go out a window!

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by noise and we will make sure to look into it and make sure it handled appropriately. We do have emergency exits thru out the building and there is emergency exit map is posted in every room.

I liked that there was no carpets. The curtains and blinds were in good condition. Another great plus was the beds were separated by the bathroom.

Packed with long term guests
The first night was terrible. We were put in a ground floor suute, however the people upstairs were playing WWE or IFC in the room...not watching it...acting ut out. Loud crashes, furniture being dragged around etc. This lasted most of the night. The following moring however, visited the front desk and they modified our room assignment. Very happy with that overall. Good location, close to shopping and quite a few restaurants

Gentleman at check in was very welcoming. Lovely lady the next morning, as well. Room was extremely outdated. Walls are thin- no sound proof. Outside property had a bunch of trash in one area- clearly some knucklehead cleaned out their vehicle.

The hotel is nice and a good value. No complaints I was staying theee the night before an early flight and I received what I think were automated phone calls at 3 am which didn’t stop for 5 Minutes. At that point my sleep was ruined. Rather defeated the purpose of getting a hotel

Stayed at this property a number of times over the past couple of years. Have always been happy with the property until this stay. Property needs new paint in the rooms and some updating of furniture and bathroom fixtures. Maintenance is lacking. Not sure why this has become a problem but it needs to be fixed very very soon.

The hotel itself was nice. Staff was responsive. BUT it was a Saturday night and it's close to, apparently, a rockin' bar. . .my room was on the side closest to the bar and the BASS was thumping until 1:00am. . .Again, the staff tried finding the noise until I said it was coming from the bar and there was nothing they could do. Maybe it's quieter during the week but I wouldn't stay here again on a Friday/Saturday night. .
