I couldn’t stay one night and had to refund. The first room they sent me to had a hole in the wall and 20 garbage bags outside the door entrance and patio. The second room they tried to give me had the roof literally coming down and the bathroom tub had a huge ring in it from not being cleaned. The furniture was chewed up and dingy. The lighting was flickering in each room. I didn’t even dare to sit on the bed! Disturbing and disgusting property. It looked more like beat up apartments. Smoking smell outside and in rooms. Will never recommend or stay at!

The first thing we noticed was the dirty couch with the spots and a tear in it (it felt greasy and we didn't sit on it). Then the dog-chewed end table, the baseboard trim held on with painter's tape, the loose electric outlets missing their covers and the complete lack of any utensil or dish in the kitchenette. However, the place was clean which is a tribute to the housecleaning staff, and the bed was comfortable. BUT the artwork over the bed did fall on us at 6:AM narrowly missing my wife's face. It seems the anchors in the wall had been ripped out and just pushed back in. The front desk did call us the morning before check-in to warn us that they had very limited hours, which we thought was a courtesy, but really just meant that we had to be there or be locked out. When we left, the desk wasn't open so we left the key and couldn't report the artwork incident. I've heard the place is changing hands, I hope it gets the care it needs, it could be charming with a little maintenance and money

The room had not been cleaned properly you could find filth in any corner. it also appeared to have had a family, more than 2 people, living in it for some time. the couch was filthy and there was just a feeling of unease the whole time I was there.

We arrived to find out the air conditioning was btoke, no one bothered to contact us at all. We tried yo suck it up but the room was 92 degrees smelled like pee, ashes all over yhr couch, just very dirty room so we left. Very disappointed

Not a great stay
The lock on our door was out of order the room was not clean ask to transfer rooms. Staff was very accommodating. Someone was murdered across from us in the middle of the night awakened by police lights and questioning around 5am. Hotel did not say or do anything concerning the murder. Not that it was their fault but there was no check in or anything that showed concern for safety or mental state of guest. At least a partial refund would have nice. Hotel definitely in need of major upgrades.

Communication with the front desk was amazing and very accommodating given the issues we had. Property went through tragedy that morning with murder and I was impressed with professionalism exhibited given the stress staff must have been under. Rooms were In need of deep clean and exterminating of cockroaches but over all cute little place

Our stay was ok and doabke for ehat we were there for, one night for a volleyball tournament. First thing I called yhe day before and asked for an early check in because we wouldnt make it within the feont desk office hours. I was told no problem and that a note would be left o. My reservation. When we got to the hotel around 1pm the ladies working the front desk told me check in was 4pm and they dony have any rooms ready and no one left them any note or confirmation. After some back and forth they got a room ready for us. We get to our room and immediately walimh around looks like thungs in the window were broken, room was dirty, the floor was disgusting, the slider had writing all over and didnt look safe. Then hadnt even been 10min there was a knock on the door for housekeeping checking if the room was occupied??? So im assuming our room wasnt even cleaned properly. We didnt feel very safe. It was just myslef, my daughter and my friend. (All girls) When we returned for the evening after 10pm. We were trying to go to bed. We pulled out the sofa bed and sheets were dirty and stained, the bed felt like there was sand/dirt inside on the sheets, towels were dirty and stained. Like I said for one nite it is what it is. It was busy weekend a lot of events going on and nit much left for hotel stays. But for future U would not stay here or reccomend it. It seemed very sketchy, dirty, and unprofessional staff and abotjer guest was complaing about a couple fighting loudly

I was told on the phone they could accommodate a 4 AM shuttle. Upon arrival the lady said they stopped offering shuttles.

We had to step over fallen blocks to get to the stairs to our room which were covered in litter. Upon opening the door, I noticed immediately that there was a full-size bed and we had booked a king. There was a large sticky spot on the wood laminate floor, the kitchen counters had not been wiped down, the backsplash and outlet covers in the kitchen were covered in food splatters, the bathtub had a black ring and mold on the walls. I had pulled the top sheet back (there wasn't a blanket) and I could see something under the bottom sheet, so I pulled that back as well to find dried blood all over the mattress pad. We left immediately.

Affordable, but you get what you pay for. Despite advertising an airport shuttle, none is provided, leaving me stranded at the airport at midnight. Staff offered no assistance in this matter. The facilities appear to be very run down, though everything I needed was usable. The non-smoking room smelt of stale smoke, and the couch felt dirty. Linens and room was clean otherwise. Thermostat was set to 58 degrees when I arrived.

Overall a dirty place. Our room was dirty, especially the bathroom. When we arrived at our room there was a filthy trash wagon blocking our door (was this their idea of a welcome wagon!?). Awful place the room w stunk like weed and it was full of flies and mosquitoes. Couch was filthy with numerous stains on it never sat on it!! Remote for tiny tv was a different brand and did not work for our tv.

Was very dirty rooms smelt like cigarettes. One of the rooms looked as if it had been used prior to us getting there.there was dirty dishes in the dish washer n sink. Bed was not made and was super uncomfortable the blanket was filled with cigarette burns. There were Kids screaming or people blaring music all night long. Definitely will not go back.

A disappointing stay
1st After getting to my room, the keys sidnt work. 1st trip back to front desk. THEN the room i was in was filthy and ac did not work. They switched my room. They did not help with my things or me.... i had to go back to the front desk again. Hotel is fairly clean, but quite worn. Pool was closed. Breakfast... oui practically non existent. I asked for coffee to be made and was directed to an old half pot, in a decaf pot. He said he was sure it was regular as they were out of decaf for a while. The mgr said, sorry no one made waffle mix over the weekend so no waffles. He did not want to fix any of this. I ended out with cold cereal and no coffee. The trash can was overflowing in the breakfast room. Also no newspaper available. And no regular coffee in the room, nor shampoo & conditioner, or bath mat. Overall, it was quite disappointing and i will not stay there again.

Not as advertised
Well the room was clean as far as cleanliness. There was obvious renovations being done. There was paint on the floor and tv screen. The door hinges were all busted off and the doors were very hard to open and close. Drywall mud on the couch. The toilet seat was broken and there was a half roll of toilet paper was all. It was not the room as advertised. Clearly people live there full time which is fine but kinda strange when you go out to your car at night and there’s a bunch of people just standing around the parking lot. The staff was friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed at worse but also better. Won’t be rebooking here anytime soon but it did the job for the night. The location is great however.

I've stayed here many times over the years, but it's being going downhill. I like the extended stay format with a full kitchen, so I don't need to do takeout while on a long trip. This time I was very disappointed though. Firstly, they advertise free breakfast, but upon arriving, they said due to covid, they are not offering breakfast. Now I can fully understand a hotel not offering breakfast during Covid, but you can't still advertise you offer it, that is just fraud. We're now over 2 years into Covid, so any excuse for them still advertising breakfast is long since passed. The person at the front desk said they wanted to remove it from the website, but management wouldn't let them. My room had a broken toilet seat, one of the two lugs that hold it in place was missing, so the seat slid around. My couch had tears in the cushions. The final straw was one morning I came out of my room, and my car was covered in rocks, a couple dozen of them, from the rock garden/curb in front of my car. I showed the front counter person and asked if they could look at the cameras, as there was one directly in front of my car, to see what happened. He said he'd have the manager call me back. They called back and said they would only look at the cameras if I filed a police report first. Since I have no idea what happened, how do I know if I want to file a police report? I checked out and won't be returning. On the plus side, they did appear to have breakfast the day I left.

Gross and run down! I used to live in the hood when I was growing up and this felt like it. From all the dogs in all the different rooms to people coming and going all night. The floors were sticky right when I walking in! You could take a wet towel anywhere in the hotel and wipe the floor it would turn almost black no lie super gross place! Walls were dirty like they have never been cleaned. Then we had to get a plunger for the bathrooms in are hotel yes 2 bathrooms that keep clogging every time you used it! To top it all off are door didn’t actually lock for 2 days of my 5 day stay! Also no breakfast but that’s most places on Expedia they say they do but don’t!

This hotel is in need of MAJOR renovations, inside and out. My room was 117 DEGREES WHEN I WALKED UN THE DOOR!!! The service was ok the front desk associate offered to move my room (for the second time, the bathroom lights were broken in my first room) but i potentially declined. In order to get fresh towels i had to bring my dirty ones un exchange 🙄 U WONT BE LODGING HERE EVER AGAIN

I am sorry you had issues with your stay. Our staff offered to move your room. our Policy is if the guest wants new towls they bring the used to the office and you will get fresh towels. We are an extended stay and we honor everyones privacy.
