I've stayed here many times over the years, but it's being going downhill. I like the extended stay format with a full kitchen, so I don't need to do takeout while on a long trip. This time I was very disappointed though.
Firstly, they advertise free breakfast, but upon arriving, they said due to covid, they are not offering breakfast. Now I can fully understand a hotel not offering breakfast during Covid, but you can't still advertise you offer it, that is just fraud. We're now over 2 years into Covid, so any excuse for them still advertising breakfast is long since passed. The person at the front desk said they wanted to remove it from the website, but management wouldn't let them.
My room had a broken toilet seat, one of the two lugs that hold it in place was missing, so the seat slid around. My couch had tears in the cushions.
The final straw was one morning I came out of my room, and my car was covered in rocks, a couple dozen of them, from the rock garden/curb in front of my car. I showed the front counter person and asked if they could look at the cameras, as there was one directly in front of my car, to see what happened. He said he'd have the manager call me back. They called back and said they would only look at the cameras if I filed a police report first. Since I have no idea what happened, how do I know if I want to file a police report?
I checked out and won't be returning. On the plus side, they did appear to have breakfast the day I left.
