“Great Surprise”

I was very surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The beds were wonderful and the pool area was very clean and temperature comfortable. The lobby area was quite the social scene, but NOT load. People were playing board games, eating pizza, and just having fun and hanging out with their friends and family. Overall, a great stay and will most likely visit again.

I found this Holiday Inn Express to be surprisingly well maintained and the staff was very attentive and pleasant. I've stayed at similar hotels and found them to be dirty and tired. I did not know what to expect. This hotel, however, was extremely clean.

This hotel was a great place to stay. Great service, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast. I would stay here again and reccomend it to everyone.

After driving for 7 hours it was nice to just relax. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, etc No complaints.

“Grand Rapids Express”

Grand Rapids has several must see places like the Meijer Gardens and The Ford Museum. The hotel is conveniently located, the staff was helpful, and the facilities excellant.

front desk was very friendly and helpful, housekeeping came in everyday, pool was warm and hot tub were great, breakfast was delicious. soft sheets ,nice thick towels and comfy beds. hubby enjoyed the fresh coffee in the lobby, they even had the fancy little creamers.

the staff at this holiday inn were incredibly welcoming and made us feel like we were at home. room was incredibly comfortable and felt like a refuge from long days of fun. overall, a great home away from home

“Nice hotel -- will use again”

A good hotel for the price. The lobby area was small but cozy -- hardwood floors with wingback chairs in front of a fireplace. This adjoined a small but nice breakfast area. The breakfast was good -- choice of scrambled eggs, wam pastries, pancakes, fruit, cereal, juice,bagels, freshly brewed coffee, etc (no bacon or sausage). The rooms were clean, with up to date TV, coffee maker, good mattresses and high thread count sheets on the beds, very clean sinks and showers. The swimming area was well provisioned with towels and the pool was well tended. The neighborhood is not especially exciting, but quite safe. It's a little off the beaten track but fine for locations in the western Grand Rapids suburbs. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again without hesitation.
