“Very Impressed”

It was everything I was looking for, very clean, and the stafff was great.

“Park and Fly”

We did the park and fly. Hotel was nice. Room was spacious. The only negative I had was before going I called them and asked if it was their personal shuttle because I had trouble in the past with one shuttle for 3-6 hotels. They said yes. It is not the case, they share the shuttle with other hotels. Getting to the airport was no problem because we were the only ones going at 4am. But we waited 45 min. on the return trip pickup. Then waited 5-10 more minutes because their were 2 more people getting off a plane. When those 2 people got in, he almost waited for 5 more people and we already had 6 people in a 9 passenger van. We all said get us to our car you can come back. The van is an old beater also. Next time we will probably just cab it back to our car.

“Great layover for travel”

The convenience of the shuttle to the airport for our flight to Florida was great. Nice, clean rooms, and in an area with lots of fine restaurants. Would highly recommend.

“very clean hotel”

need to make the sign from the street very clear to make customer easy to find the Hotel, from the steet we asume it around there, but we have to go around many times, and finally we have to call the hotel and turn the speaker phone on to hear the receptionist direct us to the hotel.

“Grandkids Delight”

Spent a winter break weekend with my 3 grandchildren. They loved the pool!! Only problem was that the hot tub was out of commission. The kitchen and separate living room was great, and so were the two TV's. Close to Chucky Cheese for Saturday night dinner, and the kids were intrigued by breakfast in the Lobby. Kids said it was "The best day of their whole life".

“Fit the bill”

Travelled to Grand Rapids because it was a testing centre for my daughter's MCAT test. Stayed overnight to avoid possible travel difficulties and relieve anxiety of travelling on test day. The hotel was convenient to the test location, restaurants and shopping malls; where I amused myself while my daughter took the 5 hour test. Hotel suited our purposes perfectly.

“Good family hotel”

This is a very good, reasonably priced hotel for families. The ability to get two double beds plus a sofa bed was a real plus. The refrigerator, microwave and sink in the room is also nice when you are traveling with several family members. The breakfast was more than a continental breakfast and included eggs and meat every day. The pool and whirlpool were well maintained.

“Pleasantly quiet lodging”

Everything about our recent stay was above our expectations, especially the absolute quiet of the room. The layout of the room buffered any noise from the hallway. After spending twelve hours in airports and airplanes the serene quietness of our room was very refreshing.
