“Good hotel, good price”
Had an overall pleasant experience at this hotel with my three children. They loved the pool area and water slide. Lobby, water area and room were all clean and well maintained.
“Clean, Friendly and well maintained”
The hotel staff was very personable. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a a water park for the kids, too. We didn't use it, but it looked like a lot of fun and also had lifeguards. Microwave, coffeee pot, mini-fridge. Nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. A good place to stay at a fair price. About 8 miles from the Muesuem and good restaurants, but easy to locate and on/off the e-way.

“Fun for the family”
The pool area was excellent and the kids loved it. The TV in the room was about dead, but other than that everything was in working order. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
“Worst Hotel Experience To Date”
This hotel stay was awful, period. I stayed in the King Jacuzzi Suite for 2 nights and cancelled the 3rd because of unsatisfactory conditions and customer service. I received multiple bug bites from sleeping in the room on both nights, the overhead jacuzzi light and drain plug were broken so tub would not stay full, the TV reception was bad, and the AC unit broke on the 2nd night stay and temperature in the room was uncomfortably hot (which also set off asthma attacks for a night of difficulty breathing). All complaints were reported to staff throughout stay but none offered to have things fixed or change the room, despite signs posted in the room outlining their "Hospitality Promise"- that you do not pay for any part of your stay that you do not consider satisfactory. It has been over two weeks since my stay and the hotel staff and even national hotel customer service office have yet to return my messages and resolve this matter. Awful experience overall.

The beds are the most comfortable I have slept inn any hotewl so far. That is saying alot due to the fact that I have had multiple back operations! I loved it the staff were top notch people. I wish that the Holiday Inn Express had mattresses like the ones here!! Great Job! Sincerily,Patrrick Arnold

This is a very nice and comfortable hotel. I don't remember the details since I was in GR for a funeral, but I do recall that it was a very friendly and pleasant place to stay.
“I hope you like "firm" beds...”
You should only go to this hotel if you have kids with you. It has a great indoor waterpark type pool area. The whole hotel turns into a massive playland into the wee hours of the night. The service wasn't good and the beds we stiff as a board. These really aren't "pillow top" beds. I would find antoher hotel...
“Great hotel for families”
We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express with 12 people ranging in age from 3 to 73. Everyone enjoyed the event and we would use that hotel for the same weekend getaway again.
