Kids loved the water slide

Hallways were very cold. Pool was nice but the life guards were not managing the children well

Close to everything

Staff is extremely professional and nice. Housekeeping staff keeps ro immaculate. Good restuarant attached, and breakfast (for a fee) is filling and convenient.

Needs updating

The kids enjoy the water slide, but for the price, we'd rather stay somewhere with newer updates and free breakfast.

But I am also sorry you didn't enjoy the accommodations as we just finished a multi dollar renovation throughout the entire hotel less than a year ago. I do hope that when in the area again you will give us a second look.

Troubled Check In

Pros: Location
Cons: Check in process,
Location: Lots of great resturants and stores in area.
Took a long time to find my reservation. Ended up giving us then incorrect room. The door cards didn't work and the maintenance service had to reset the door lock. There were holes in the wall.

Friendly staff, decent hotel, great location, close to everything. Rooms were pretty nice and clean but could use an extra sink or a mini kitchen area. Overall great place!

Pros: location, bed
Cons: Bathrooms need upgrades. Very little counter space, awkward arrangement. Air conditioner is loud
Location: Mall is close, lots of restaurant options. Not too far from expressways.
Decent hotel for one night at the right price. The bathroom was my main gripe, it was awkwardly designed and not convenient if you have a lot of bathroom items. The room itself was fine, comfortable bed. This hotel is good enough for one night, but I wouldn't recommend for a multiple night stay.

Location great but not worth it.

Pros: Location. People were nice but ineffectiv
Cons: Needs a total renovation. Needs management, including Ramada Corporate to care about it.
Location: Great location for food and shopping. Easy access to nice Southeast part of town.
This hotel is so out of date it's pathetic. Love the location and the rate but not worth it. Everything is shabby and falling apart. Service was weak. No maid service at all one day. Just a very weak experience overall.

Cons: Everything needs improvements.
Our room was very humid and the carpet was not vacuumed. I talked to the front desk about the broken air conditioner, but nobody showed up to address the issue.
