“Great Hotel - Not so prime location”

The hotel and staff were very good. The only problem I had was trying to get to Downtown Grand Rapids. The construction is the worst I've ever seen. 28th St is 10 miles long with lots of stop lights..... ugh!!

“A good place to stay”

We found Sleep Inn very adequate for our needs. The staff was courteous. The room, though a bit small, was nice and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great-- very complete.

“Excellent Hotel”

This hotel is a very good hotel for the price in Grand Rapids. The rooms are very good size and have all of the amentities. The only down side is that most of the rooms only have a shower in them, though it is a very large shower. I would and will definately stay there again.

THANKS ! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and then a nice relaxing evening before our wake-up call at 5:00 a.m. for our early flight to Florida. We love the free parking and the convenience of your shuttle and the smiles on all of the faces of your staff. Hot coffee all the time is so nice too and the breakfast was very adequate. We will always stay at this hotel when we travel from the Grand Rapids airport.

“Very nice hotel!”

I decided to stay here because the price was discounted. I was amazed at the value for the money! It was very clean, and the beds were pretty comfortable for hotel beds. =) The sheets looked fresh, and I did not see any hair on the bathroom floor, like in other places I've stayed. The continental breakfast was pretty nice too. The only iffy thing was the smell of smoke in the hallway was pretty strong, although once you're in your room you can't smell anything. I will definitely be back!

“Average”

I guess my expectations were high because the hotel was not bad by any means. It was just average. The breakfast was good but there was an annoying parrot in the lobby. I'm not sure if it was a guest's or if it is always there. I hope it was a guest's because if it is always there then that is pretty unprofessional.

“Pretty good”

It was not as good this time around but still decent enough. Their breakfast is pretty good. Our air did not work; fortunately it was very cold the wkend we went so that was ok... It's nice the pool and hot tub are open to adults only after 11. We'd probably go back.

“Will use this hotel for all our Grand Rapids trips.”

Booked this hotel for a trip to Grand Rapids to visit Meijer Gardens. The hotel was in a wonderful location. Close to shopping, restaurants, and more. The hotel was very nice and very reasonable rates. We will return.

“Very accomodating and near major markets”

They were very pleasant to wrok with and accomdating in getting us another room when the neighboring rooms got too loud. We will definitly stay there again.
