There was someone who was tweaking pretty bad walking around outside. The blankets were rough and I had to go to Walmart to buy a different one, worst part is we found a needle outside by my car!

Unfortunately during my stay I was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of order. If my husband had been with me we would have needed to change hitels due to his arthritic knees. The hotel staff did not know when the elevator would be fuxed and apologized. The wifi didn't work. I couldn't cinnect and I was told that if I was using an older device that could be the problem. They had no way to help me. I was unable to connect. The pool was lovely. The best part.

Trying hard but tired property.
Visiting family close by and have stayed at this hotel before. Pluses: convenient location, hot showers, clean, kid-friendly pool with walk in steps and max five foot depth and warm temperature. Average breakfast with usual waffle, beverages, cereal, bagels…something for everyone. Lobby and room furniture has seen better days. The elevator and both washers were broken and the hot tub eliminated in the pool area. There is a small crew working hard but some of the extras are obviously gone or reduced. No roll a way but the desk clerk set me up with materials to put together a makeshift bed for our toddler on the floor. The staff was great. Our room photo showed a love seat in the room but that was not what was in our room. Overall kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast and the location was great.

Check in staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very run down, dirty, and disappointing. The carpet in one corner of the room was lifting and was separated from the under foam and base floor. In the bathroom there was clearly mold in the corner outside of the shower as well as inside the shower door corners. A hole was in the shower insert as well. Rust covered the metal hooks and fixtures in shower area. Some sort of dried spill was still all over the side of the night stand. The bottom corner of the tv stand near the mini fridge was falling and chipping apart with wood shavings still on the carpet. When first opening the fridge for the first time my hand was covered in a clear sticky substance. During my second day I needed assistance from a staff member for a key card issue. However the front desk person was outside smoking during that time. Elevators were inoperable as well. I’m overall very run down facility. Not throughly cleaned and not a place I’d be willing to stay at again.

The price was good for the city. First issue I noticed was the toilet did not flush. I took tank lid off and manually made it flush. The glass shower door did not fit properly, was not sealed and after my shower, there was water all over the tile floor which I mopped up with towels. There was dirt accumulated in the corners of bath, which had been there for a long time. No hair dryer in the room, only a mount bracket on wall. My reservation was for a king size bed, got a room with two full size beds. Again.........price was right, but that's where the good ended.

Well lets start with the room the room i was in was just old the bed felt like it had over a million miles on it the. Bothroom was just inadequate there wasnt a tube just a stand up shower. The room over all just needed to be redone over all there late chexk out policies suck i didnt leave til later that friday and the best they could do for a late check out was noon and the last hotel i stayed at in the same situation allowed a late check out of 3pm because and i the room wasnt already rented out for friday night so i think they just lost a long term customer because i would have stayed ther two nights a week for work

upon checking in, i was given a room that had not been cleaned. the bed linens were in a pile on the floor. i went back to the front desk, and the kind employee was apologetic and offered me a different room. it was “clean”, but honestly wasn’t great either. the bed was in pretty rough shape, not comfortable, and the whole room smelled pretty terrible. not to mention the smoke alarm randomly went off twice in the night while i slept. not sure if it was building wide, but it was pretty annoying after several delayed flights and travel. during my stay there was a pretty clear lack of “giving a $***” by housekeeping staff. there were bags of trash and dirty linens lining the halls the whole time i was there (two nights). it wasn’t new piles, just the same piles left there for multiple days. i’m not sure i would recommend this place to anyone honestly, not even people i didn’t like. do yourself a favor, spring for the more expensive hotels nearby. i wish i had.
