Not very impressed

Posted Apr 6, 2015
This hotel is not 3 star worthy. Yes it's close to all amenities but for 35.00 more a night I would rather of had comfort over free breakfast. Breakfast was super cheap, toast, expired milk for cereal, and some really bad coffee. A strip club next door...

Rooms is in very poor condition. Needs upgrades badly. Stinky and unclean. Not one good thing to say and im not a picky or negative person. Its worth the extra 50$ to stay somewhere safe and clean.

Clean room with friendly staff

Location: Close to airport, shopping and restaurants.
Second time staying at the Canadian Motor Inn. Seems like they have renovated rooms - new carpet and new furniture. Still offers good continental breakfasts in the morning. Friendly staff.

Good location and reasonable price for clean room

Centrally located, only 10 minutes from airport.. reasonable price for a clean motel room. Surprisingly quiet.

Pros: Room was clean.
Cons: Fix the thermostat, and get rid of the bedspreads!
Room was very hot! Had to run the air conditioner all night to survive - in the middle of winter! No hair dryer either. There were bedspreads which didn't look like they'd been washed too often.

We were there for the Christmas Craft Fair and found the hotel was clean and quiet. Room was large. Breakfast was good. The only thing we asked that our heads face North or West and they did not seem to know their directions. My husband just had them make his bed upside down. Maid was very accommodating.

Bad experience

Posted Dec 1, 2014
Our room had no heat in -30 weather, the bathroom had hair in the bathtub and toothpaste in the sink. Staff were not very friendly.
