The hotel and its facilities were above average… and the spa was excellent. The hotel seemed pretty full, and being in a room almost directly across from the elevator was a bit loud (not the hotel’s fault), but would recommend requesting a room further from the elevator if you’re sensitive to noise.

We try and stay here once a month.. never have an issue or problem. Plus the room service, food always great! Really nice to have that restaurant!

Travelled with teens. Parking was good, the hotel was clean, pool area was so warm. Staff was friendly. I usually have a hard time sleeping throught the night in hotels so I've been trying different hotels. This hotel was the first one I had a great sleep in! Recommend :)

Its was fine.. Front staff could be a little more friendly. Found them cold not very welcoming. Breakfast was good. Staff there very friendly smiles all around. House keeping staff very friendly and polite.

Baby it’s cold outside!
What can I say? It’s -45C outside and +23C inside. The room was clean, warm, quiet & serviced daily. Great little buffet restaurant with home cooked omelettes. I will be back. Thanks everyone for showing warm hospitality during the coldest week of the year.

Nice Hotel will definitely stay there again very friendly and helpful. Only one thing the bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could be, the light switches looked like they were coffee stained. Had to wipe them off.

It was a dual weekend. Christmas shopping and my wife's 69th birthday. The you woman at the front desk was beyond phenomenal. An exemplary frist contact for the establishment. Room was fine, not sure how the coffee stains made it on the wall and ceiling. A little disappointed to find unregistered guests in the pool area with what looked like a rather extended family perforning evening before bedtime duties. Overall for Grande Prairie a good stay.

Great stay.
Our one night stay was really good. Lovely room on the 2nd floor lots of space. Bed comfortable. Did not do the breakfast with the room so cannot comment on that. Did the pool and hot tub 👍. Front clerk very welcoming and helpful.
