An overnight stay, on my way to the airport.Posted Feb 6, 2014
The staff were great. Shuttle available to airport - great and breakfast in the morning couldn't have asked for more.

Paradise OutPosted Jan 21, 2014
Pros: Nothing really
Cons: The entire hotel needs to be remodelled
Stay out of the Paradise Inn, it is badly in need of a remodel. Also, there is no free dedicated shuttle from the Airport. Instead, you get a voucher to use the local cab company, but no one tells you this until you are at the Airport trying to figure out how to get to the hotel because there is no mention of the hotel at the airport.

Crew Hotel OnlyPosted Dec 11, 2013
Pros: The location was along the highway I was travelling.
Cons: The cleaning staff needs to be trained and checked on.
Location: The location is good with plenty of shopping nearby.
I booked this hotel as I had stayed here about 20 years ago. I booked online as I was familiar with its location and had stayed here 20 years ago. The lobby was clean and the desk staff pleasant. The room, at first glance, was acceptable. After spending some time in the room I began to see issues. There was, what I am guessing, chunks of leftover pizza on the carpet in front of the fridge. Speaking of which, the fridge sits next to the bed. It reall does, right against it! The microwave sits on top of the fridge and a rotating fan sits on top of that. For a non-smoking room it smelled alot like cigarettes. The carpet behind the door looks like it hasn't seen a vacuum for a long time. The mirror frame by the desk was filthy with black streaks running down it. The bathroom fan was not working and allowed for unpleasant odours to waft through the room if one were to use the toilet for its intended use. There was a connecting door between my room and the one next door, I am sure the young lady staying next door would have been embarrassed to know that I could hear everything she was doing and saying in there. Perhaps a note explaining to the guests that they really need to close their bathroom doors would be appropriate. Poor girl must have had the flu. Overall I would suggest that, for a hotel, this was a place to spend a night but it is not a place to spend more than 1 night in. Perhaps their advetising should be directed to the oilfield workers only?

Total Rip OffPosted Dec 10, 2013
Cons: Honesty of the staff.
I booked this hotel through Expedia as I have done in the past. When I checked in the staff told me they needed a credit card for any incidentals. When I looked at my statement the next day I found that they had charged me full price for the room, even though I had paid Expedia earlier. This has damaged my image of Expedia and the hotels they book with. I am now in the process of trying to get the hotel to refund the room charge. Very Discouraging!!!

Overnight stop on a biz tripPosted Oct 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
We had a mix-up and the hotel we were reserved at had overbooked.Hotels.com booked me into this hotel, which was an upgrade. The hotel was fine. The service from Hotels.com was exemplary. They took care of everything for me and even called me back to make sure everything was fine. The customer service representative was unbelievably attentive to my needs. A bad situation that was remedied by excellent people. Thanks again.

Close to airport, but didn't hear any air trafficPosted Sep 26, 2013
Reservation had not yet arrived to front desk from Expedia, so there was a bit of confusion to start with., However, the rest of the short stay was pleasant enough.
