Nice Hotel and easy access.

Pros: Room pleasing to the eye and comfortable with a very good breakfast the next morning.
The room was comfortable and CLEAN-did have a problem with the toilet which we mentioned at the desk upon leaving for a barbeque and the problem was fixed when we got back later that evening. Thank You.

Decent hotel; near airport

Posted Jun 8, 2014
Pros: Clean, quiet.
Cons: Only 2 towels in bathroom; they should have more tan 1 each, even if you don't use them.
Location: Didn't do anything outside.
Stayed there one night only, to catch an early morning flight. Breakfast included I price of room, as well as taxi to airport. Convenient location.

Grande Prairie

Posted May 9, 2014
Pros: Expedia
Cons: lighting overall in room seemed dim. The lady upon check in was not very friendly but the day staff was very helpful and kind.
The continental breakfast buffet in the restaurant was very good as well as the staff in this area. It was satisfying for not only myself but for my two little ones. Its a clean older hotel.

Very disappointed.

Pros: To tell you the truth, I can't think of anything.
Cons: Windows that open, decent restaurant and the male attendant.
Location: Location was okay, but there are other hotels that are in just as good a location, if not better.
Asked for a smoking room, which I got, but they were solid pane windows, which did not open and the rooms stunk. No air flow or ventilation at all. The rooms were stifling hot and I had the heat turned off. When I asked about the heat in the morning, if they controlled it, they told me, no, but the male desk clerk rolled his eyes and was very rude. The only good thing was there was no cancellation fee and so I moved to another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and especially smokers. No windows open. They must have got a deal on the windows. lol The restaurant food was also terrible. I asked for a medium rare steak and they brought me a skinny little over cooked, dried out piece of meat that was like shoe leather. Their prices were not that reasonable, either. Very disappointing place.

An overnight stay, on my way to the airport.

The staff were great. Shuttle available to airport - great and breakfast in the morning couldn't have asked for more.
