“OSU conference hotel”

In town for a conference at OSU. Location is great. Very happy to have easy, free parking. Enjoyed an adult beverage from their "cafe". Rooms are big and very clean. NO problems. This is our second time to stay here.

“Happy at the Hyatt.”

I am very picky about the cleanliness of hotel rooms where you have to stay in a room previously occupied by others, and our room was quite satisfactory in that regard, and overall we had a good time.

“Great New Years Eve weekend stay!”

My girlfriend and I had a great experience. The front desk staff were very friendly, the continental breakfast was quite nice, and the room was excellent. The free parking just across from the hotel was great as well. Check-out was a breeze, especially with the do-it-yourself kiosks. I can't comment on room service or room cleaning, as we didn't use either (it was just a two-night stay, so we simply forewent the daily room-cleaning). The lobby and rooms were aesthetically very pleasing. In our particular room design (a corner room), the bed & couch on opposite sides of the room, so the TV pivoted so it could face any direction. And for the more tech-savvy (or tech-geeky, like me!), our suite had a faceplate for various components: VGA & audio (3.5mm) input, HDMI, standard RCA audio/video input, etc. Some pretty useful stuff, but you have to think to bring the necessary cord with you (I didn't think to ask the front desk if they lent any such cords out). Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd happily go back!

“Excellent value”

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. The room was very large although the pillows were flat and there were not enough water glasses. The parking was across the street which is a little inconvenient. The continental breakfast was horrible. The bed were very comfortable including the pullout sofa bed.

“A real winner near OSU”

New place, no pun intended, so it was absolutely nice. Staff and facilities exceeded my expectations.

“Great for larger families”

Great hotel ... the temperature of the pool was pretty cold for us, but the size of the room and the helpfulness of the staff more than made up for it. We have a 4 kids so having 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa allowed us all to stay in one room.
