It was a lovely room and a comfortable bed. We slept well and enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is the amount of light coming into the room despite the blackout shade. We were in sunlight this morning, yet if we'd slept on the couch we'd have been in a darker area. The nicest thing about our stay was the shuttle to the Arena... it was a pleasant surprise and we appreciate it.

I had a good pleasant visit! My complaints are mostly nitpicking. The TV system was confusing, and it took me a while to figure it out. Although a lot of channels were available, one or two of my favorites were not there.

The room and hotel is very well managed and cleaned. My only issue is parking. There is 1 parking garage that’s shared by other businesses and it become overcrowded very quickly (it does clear out later in the evening) but between 4-9 parking is almost impossible to find. With that being said, the bed is comfy, room is clean and I’d stay here again. Actually my only other complain would be you can hear the music from the pub depending where your room is located. I was on the 4th floor and still heard the music.

It was expensive but a high end hotel. More than what I needed or expected. Little one above me running around all night and first thing in the morning but I think it was due to the fact I was supposed to have a child with me as well and my plans changed but they were accommodating and I did get some money back which was nice!

This hotel is awesome! Every time I go visit my daughter I stay there. It smells amazing. The service is great. It offers a good breakfast. It is very clean!!! Will definitely stay there again!

The pool was a great temperature. The breakfasts were a great assortment of options. The only negative we had was a bag of garbage was left in our closet from a previous guest.

Parking garage is convenient and right there. Nice quick check in. Friendly. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Son loved the pool and especially the work out facility. Would definitely stay here again!

When I made my reservation I booked a room with 2 queen beds. Upon arrival and check in, I was told that they overbooked for those rooms and I was moved to a king. I was traveling with another female, which is why I booked the 2 beds. All I received for this inconvenience was an “I’m sorry”. Very disappointed

I had a great stay! Breakfast was wonderful. The pool was perfect! I chose this for a quick staycation and it was a nice getaway around the corner. I must add that the staff was incredibly kind. Would def stay again.

The staff were friendly, and quickly aided us through our stay. Transit to a local convention was promptly provided, and the area around the hotel is lovely and calm.

We have always enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Be aware that it is a popular hotel for groups of families attending various sporting competitions in the area. So, expect lots of kids in the hotel. The only complaint we have is not about the hotel itself, but rather the casual appearance of some guests. I get it should feel like home, but entire families coming to breakfast still in their pajamas really cheapens the feel of the place. Sign of the times?

It was my second time staying at Hyatt Place. It’s very convenient and quiet. My only complaint would be that they don’t offer any gluten free bread options with breakfast. Other than that it’s a great hotel.

This place was not located near restaurants or shops as listed. It was a quick drive to local places and to the convention center (the reason we were there). The breakfast pictures were deceiving. While the food was good, it was not as presented online. Staff was very friendly and the pool was great. Parking was super easy at the parking lot across the street.
