Convenient, near gas and food breakfast with pool, hot tub, and fitness center… elliptical didn’t work properly and couldn’t get jets to turn on in hot tub, but otherwise a nice stay!

Property was advertised to accommodate Tractor trailer and campers. They do not unless your pulling 20ft or less. Your expected to park on the street behind a fence, behind the motel. This street is the main in and out for a Walgreens. You are not able to see your camper. Other than this major misleading info, everything else was adequate.

No hot water. Too much noise.
They had no hot water in our room. It was tepid at best. I informed the front desk, but nothing was done. They said that the water heater for our room was shared with the laundry. It’s kind of scary that they’re washing their linens with barely lukewarm water. It was very noisy. Our room was by the laundry and we heard people talking and machines going all night. It was a nice big room, but otherwise not great.

Completely adequate hotel for the money. Beds comfortable, rooms clean, water pressure great with plenty of hot water, breakfast great. Very quiet as well. Nice place to avoid big city problems.

This hotel is not a 8.5 property! The hotel is very well used . The bathroom stunk of sulfur , the rooms are not what is pictured. The dog area had so much poop in it you couldn’t even walk there . I wished I had picked another place to stay

Noisy and not the cleanest.
Noisier than average due to hard floors (can hear yelping pets for instance). Also, elevator having issues, causing it to beep incessantly too early in the morning. Room floor didn’t seem to be that clean—I could see shoe prints.

A decent clean motel at a reasonable price. Front desk person was quick and efficient, not overly friendly but welcoming enough (he was busy). Room very clean. Comfy bed. Everything worked.

Good choice
We stayed one night on a road trip. The motel is brand new and very comfortable. Front desk person did not bother to tell me the username for Wi-Fi, necessitating a trip back to the separate check in desk building. Otherwise service was good. Breakfast hot and okay. Connecting rooms have space beneath door, so all noises transmit room to room. Toiletries very nice.

The guy at the front counter wasn’t friendly at all and seemed like he was bothered or mad about something, either way, his bad attitude resulted in coming across as lazy, unenthusiastic, and half-hearted effort in performing his duties and interacting with incoming customers. Overall, not so welcoming.

GREAT place to stay!
Over night stay passing through NM and AZ. Great, fast, friendly check-in. Great room. Quiet. Comfy bed! Huge TV! Great hot breakfast. Even though we got to breakfast 15 min before it ended, there was plenty of hot food, and other items. I wanted to go back to the room and relax until check-out time because it was so comfortable but we had to get on the road.

The blanket on the bed had some blood spots on it. The auto fan was on continuously and was way too loud. We used the refrigerator in the room and it froze my entire bag of carrots on the bottom shelf -- and it doesn't even have a freezer compartment. Would not want to stay here again!

We usually like staying here.
Great check in process and nice that they have a full bfast. That bathroom in room 108 really had a lingering smell that was not pleasant. Both my husbands and I opted to skip the shower this morning because it just didn’t seem clean enough with that smell.

OK Motel
The Best Western Grants Inn is probably the best bet in Grants- but it leaves a lot to be desired. The room was OK but the walls are paper thin. Location is probably as good as it gets in Grants. At breakfast they were out of hash brown potatoes, pepper and salsa at 8 AM on a Sunday. Coffee was very weak.

Grants was so so
The Facilities has an odd smell. Ice Machine in the units area not working, went to the front desk and the guy was not so nice. Stayed at Best Westerns in other Cities and the quality was just not the same here.
