decent hotel

Pros: convenience
Cons: sofa beds
Location: casino, hershey, outlets
everything was definitely worth the price. pull out couch beds are not comfortable at all & need upgrading especially as selling point is the suite aspect. otherwise clean comfortable decent room. breakfast should be later..... 9:30 am ending is not convenient when traveling with children.

Di: Thank you for the great review! Sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the sofa bed, they are actually relatively new. I have not tried one out yet, perhaps they need a topper on the mattress. Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi in the pool area is permanently closed and will soon be filled in with concrete; however, we do have wonderful rooms with whirlpool tubs for guest enjoyment. great hotel close to hersheypark

Cons: Better breakfast bar and persons who work in this area
this hotel should get at least a 4 only problem with stay is breakfast personal do not seem customer service oriented However will stay again for close proximity to HERSHEY !!!!

Pros: Staff was friendly.
Cons: Needs a remodel. Update the computer system.
Location: Location was a little remote but close enough to Hershey.
The staff was very friendly. The room was dated & so was the hotel. Basically clean. Internet did not work in the room or in the business center.

Pros: location, and availability
Cons: detail on housekeeping
Location: right off the exit as you get to Hershey about a 10mile, 20 min drive to hershey (rural roads). great for hopping on road the next morning
Clerk at desk could not have been nicer. Great location to hop on 81 departing Hershey (Lodge was booked so after parks, came to Conmofrt Inn suites for second night). Not enough bedding for pull out (it happens, but at 11pm with 5 kids after a day in the park, the front desk is not where you want to be). thin pull out mattress. but look- you get what you pay for- reasonable price for a suite for 6, on a busy weekend at Hershey. Clean, and very nice people

The cost was too expensive for <24hr stay. The overall condition of the hotel for the price charged was poor, from the room booked to the breakfast provided, and the checkout. Quality of service and hotel amenities very poor.

Close to casino/racetrack decent price

It was a nice little motel, enjoyed my stay , ice machine on my floor didn't work, so I went to 2nd fl,that one wasn't working but the one in the 1st fl did , so I got a little exercise finding ice,but overall the staff was great and the breakfast layout was good!

We spent one night there, the staff was friendly and welcoming, but the hotel itself needs some TLC. The space is dated. It's just ok for a short trip
