We had to book a different hotel, because the place was closed because of a water leak, Expedia has contacted a hotel, and we have going to get a complete refund, thank you Expedia for taking care of this so promptly

The room was okay, restaurants were good and it was nice that they were in the hotel. However in the evening there was no hot water. When we tried to call the front desk we realized the phone cord on the phone in the room was cut. I then called using my cell phone and was only able to get through to reservations. After 20 minutes of trying to get the front desk I gave up.

We have stayed at this hotel for the last 3 years for the World Horse Expo. This year was by far the worst. The hotel just seems run down, at least the rooms. The room had some white powdery substance all over by the air conditioner. There was no fridge in the room for drinks or leftovers. There was no hot water for a shower in the morning. Another guest had a dog that yapped and barked all night. Our group was treated poorly in the Winner’s circle by the line dancers. We were physically pushed while on the dance floor. We did not sleep at all. Our group of 20 rooms will be finding a different place to stay next year.

Despite being on 4th floor heard highway traffic all night. Breakfast no longer automatically included. Brown water came out of shower faucet when turned on. Clearly no one has vacuumed under the ottoman in some time.

We have stayed here before with no issues. This time the shuttle to the casino never showed up and the highway traffic noise was loud. We were in room 348 facing the outdoor pool and highway.

All rooms are not created equal here: stay away from the rooms that are adjacent to the indoor pool area unless you enjoy children screaming/yelling at all hours of the day/evening. Also, these rooms are uncomfortably HOT. Also the showers need help. Warm water not hot water and the shower heads spray in 64 different directions.

Easy free parking for truck and 5th wheel camper. Easy access off I81-not a crazy busy exit Front desk was exceptional, Olivia. Could use updates to facility and found card entry door ajar both ipon arrival and departure, which is concerning. Stayed on front side to avoid hearing I81 traffic. Good value for our one night stay

Great saloon, but hotelneeds some major updating.
The saloon at this hotel was great; line dancing…who knew? However, the hotel was very dated and in desperate need of some basic upgrades. Stains on furniture, missing light fixture on the bed frame, bath fixtures that felt as if they were going to fall off, and some pretty old caulking to name a few. The location was great, right off the turnpike was ideal. I was here for a conference and once out of the room the hotel was much better.

Drastic updating needed- poor room facilities
The building is badly outdated. The hallways are dank with awful patterned carpet that stained and bunched up in places. The lighting is dim and has the appearance of a seedy motel in areas where the rooms are (not the main area). Our room was right near the outdoor pool and couldn't see it out of the windows because of the permanent stain. Everything was unplugged in our room so we had to physically move the furniture to plug everything in. And the electric and the cable are all hodgepodge put together. The majority of the lights in the room didn't work either and neither did the charging stations on the lamp base on the shared nightstand. The outlets were too worn out to be able to accommodate anything plugged into them. The indoor pool does not look like the picture. The staff is very friendly. The worst part about our stay was that none of the exterior doors near our room worked. We were unable to access the inside of the hotel from our parking area where our room was. Forcing us to walk around the entire hotel several times and this place is huge. Probably not going to stay here again unless it gets a dramatic makeover especially in the guest rooms and the main hallways where the guest rooms are.

The hotel is right off I-81, which makes it very convenient when traveling. The restaurant was very good. Fast service and very personable bartender and wait staff. We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area and need a place to stay.

King Room was downgraded to a double. No regular coffee in the rooms. (They ran out) Room was dated. Carpets were stained & shower was broken. The water wouldn't turn off. Maintenance fixed it while we were there. Comped us a drink voucher for the 2 hour inconvenience for a restaurant that wasn't open. Wouldn't stay here in the future.

We arrived at 245 after a 3 hour car ride. My husband and I had our 4 year old granddaughter with us. We were told that we could not check in until 4. We waited in the car with the windows down as it was a hot day. At 4 we checked in and was told that the card reader was down so they would not be able to give us a room key. Every time that we needed to leave our room we would have to come to the front desk as asked to be let back in. The staff in the lounge were very friendly. The front desk, not so much.

I've stayed here a couple times. Before going in I'd checked online for availability. Expedia showed rooms available. Walked in to rent a room directly. The lady at the front desk stated they were totally booked up. I told hwr Expedia shows theres rooms available. She stated Expedia was wrong and just hasnt taken them offline yet. Walked outside to my car. Reserved a room through Expedia, walked back in and checked in. Needless to say the desk attendant had nothing at all to say. Pretty decent hotel but be very careful of their staff.

Although check-in was quick and Christopher was extremely nice and welcoming, my smile immediately was turned upside down upon entering my room. The carpet in the hitel and rooms either needs to be replaced or removed. In the room as soon as you walk in there was an "old" smell and the carpet is visibly dirty. So dirty to the point my white socks looked as if I'd walked outside in them by the end of my stay. The bathtub was filthy and im nit sure how long its been since it was white or properly cleaned. The grout wasnt even white in the shower. I tried to clean it as best i could before bathing. The shower curtain continues to slide down while bathung causing the floor to get soaked outside the tub. The chair in the room could also use a good scrubbing. Not my best Holiday Inn stay. The highlight of the stay was the friendly check-in experience. I would add photos but its bit allowing me to.

We booked the room just to get away for the night and go to casino. The room charge was 250$, I guess they raise the prices when there are local concerts. When I booked the room it said breakfast included, but when we asked they said it was not included. There was a bunch of girls softballs teams also staying the night and as we were taking to a parent they said they had breakfast included.. for 250$ a night, I would think they can spare a Buffett for 2.
