MainStay Suites Grantville

Pool temperature was perfect. Had a little trouble with the tv, but staff responded to our call immediately and fixed it. Bed was very comfortable.

This hotel had so many activities and amenities it was hard to get the kids motivated to visit Hershey's offerings. The staff were very friendly. The room was big and housed the 6 of us comfortably. We loved having the refrigerator and kitchen. Very convenient location. The kids loved the pool and game room.

The breakfast was very disappointing. They didnt offer much of a variety. No eggs, no bacon no french toast or waffles or even pancakes. They only served sausage. They didnt even have any choc. milk. I have eaten at plenty of other hotels that offer continental breakfast and they offer more of a variety. Other than that the hotel was ok.

The MainStay Suites was about average, nothing really special but very convenient to the Hollywood casino, which is what we were looking for. The room was nice, clean & neat, with mini-kitchen. The breakfast was typical for a continental breakfast, cereal, baked goods, fruit, juice. They also had sausage patties, a nice addition. Had a children's area - mini-golf, basketball & game room. Pool area was very hot, so we did not go in. Wet towels everywhere, kind of unpleasant.

This hotel is perfect for families. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a full kitchen (including a dishwasher). Although the rooms were studios, there was a changing room outside the bathroom which allowed each of us out Privacy. The pool was great with a slide the kids loved. The game room had a half court for basketball and miniature golf for no additional charge. In addition, for only a dollar the bigger kids (ie: mom and dad) were able to challenge each other to a game of pool! :). Staff was super friendly and accommodating. This was only 5 minites from hershey. Only down side was the breakfast was unimpressive. Bagels muffins toast coffee juice fruit cereal and yogurt. It was good enough.....two nice Italian restaurants across street for dinner. Fabios was fabulous. I'll Definately stay here with the kid again!

The front desk staff were not very pleasant or out going. The room was a little run down. The hotel has potential. My kids loved the water slide and putt putt golf. The bathroom in the pool area was filthy and smelled like urine. I think the hotel needs to improve the quality of staff to run the hotel better.

This hotel has more to do than any hotel I have even stayed at. They have an indoor pool with a water slide, an indoor basketball court, free indoor miniature golf, and an arcade. Nice free breakfast and the room has a full kitchen, sofa bed and everything we needed. Lots of TV channels also. All this for a price that really surprised me.

Great hotel with comfortable rooms for a large family. The staff was friendly and helpful.

clean room, large & very comfortable beds, lots of extras (miniputt, basketball, arcade) great in-door pool with water slide, just off highway, close to Hershey for chocolate! Great on-line rate!

Stuff is great and cooperative. Rooms and especially bathrooms looks a bit outdated.
