“So convenient for rail travellers”

We were on a rail trip around Europe so this hotel's close proximity to the station (5 minutes walk) was ideal for a late arrival and early departure. Outside signing states just ABC so don't go looking for the Swiss Q wording anywhere! Receptionist made us very welcome. Bedroom 304 more like a suite with lounge area and huge bathroom. Buffet breakfast very comprehensive and made it available from 0615 (usually 0630) for our early departure. It's not cheap but it was good and very comfortable. Some parts of the bedroom could do with better lighting perhaps but that is being picky. It was ideal for us and withj very pleasant staff.

“Good Central Location”

Generally a very comfortable, clean hotel centrally located within steps of the town and rail station. Marked down slightly because I was suffering from a bad back at the time of my stay and the beds are little too low for back sufferers.

“Nice Place”

The ABC is located one block from the train station, and in the midst of many nice shops, groceries, a McDonalds, etc. It is a short walk (3-4 blocks) to the "Old Town" area where you'll find many quaint outdoor eating and drinking establishments, ice cream, etc. The rooms were nice, modern, very clean and the staff exceptionally accomodating. The only drawback was a lack of A/C, which wasn't an issue from a temp standpoint so much as it required the windows to be left open, which was fairly noisy given the level of activity around the hotel. A minor issue, however, in an otherwise impeccable experience.
