“you get what you pay for”

The Crystal Hotel is the most expensive hotel I have ever paid for. The space was generious and service good and everything worked. For what I paid, I expected that. Pay less, get less.

“We will stay again next year”

Hotel is in a great location for ski lift access and a great central location to enjoy the city at night. You can walk to everything. You can walk to the ski lift or take the ski bus which picks up right across the street to go to other mountains. We stayed at the hotel from March 13th for three nights. Upon arrival it was very nice to have the bellman be right there to unload the car, take our skis to the ski room and then park the car for us. They charge 20.00 a night for parking but it is worth it. The front desk clerks are very nice, very efficient and well trained. We stayed in room 303 which was a deluxe corner room. Room was well appointed and had a small sitting area. Room was very clean! The hotel offers free in room Wi-Fi which is one of the reasons we stayed there. The temperature of the room would get a little warm at night, but the window opened so we were able to self regulate the temperature. Free continental breakfast in the morning with plenty of choices. The only negative we had was that one night we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant, when we went down to the restaurant we were told that they were fully booked with groups and could not accomodate us. When i mentioned that we were hotel guests the response was a brisque "fully booked". We are planning on returning next year to the same hotel.

This is a great hotel very close to the ski mountain. It has a lovely piano bar and a great breakfast (included in room rate). Also offers free wireless and a computer in the lobby.

“My second time, and not the last!”

This was my second time there, and it has yet to disappoint. Fantastic location, wonderful staff, nice gym, great bar, delicious breakfast, and a good value.

“Great service and location”

We had attentive service from arrival to departure - this was a perfect hotel for a long weekend in St. Moritz. It is an easy walk to the ski lifts and at the end of the day you can come back to hotel for a massage. We were pleased with the hotel services and room was cozy and sweet like a typical Swiss ski chalet.

“Well situated and great staff”

The hotel is situated right in town, which isn't very big. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Nice to have breakfast included. Rooms are simple and decent, nothing super fancy but not bad in anyway. Decent price for what you get.

“Need to Improve!”

The internet access is not always available due to the limited number of access lines. It is unbelievable that they have only 8 access lines. The broken closet sliding door was reported. Someone came to repair it but could not fix the problem. We did not receive any follow up repair after few days stay.

The only negative was the rooms were really warm (in the middle of January)
