“You can't do better in St. Moritz”

This hotel was as perfect as any my wife and I have visited, and we travel a lot. Central location; wondeful room and bath; good food; topnotch service; and, maybe most important of all, an owner who is on the premises that really cares. You cannot go wrong with the Hauser.

Did not expect much but hotel exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff: reception, breakfast, etc, Big room, nice atmosphere. Very good value for money. Excellent location. Its not posh but comfortable. I will recommend it to not very snobish friends from Russia.

“Enjoyable stay”

The Hauser is centrally located in town. We received a spacious corner balcony room, that included a separate seating area and a very nice bathroom. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was very good and the desserts were excellent. We recommend this hotel and would return.

“What a positive surprise - and a mistake!”

What is there not to like ? This hotel has all the ingredients that - as a package - take you by surprise. The surrounding beautiful and interesting mountains , hotel location and facilities , friendly and efficient staff , service, and importantly - the food. At the hotel I had the multi course ( 5 ) dinner that evening and breakfast the following morning. Both were outstanding. I was impressed by all standards to the point that I could not find even any minor faults - very unusual. This makes it difficult to give a balanced review when all is exceptional. I am doing an extensive tour of this small country and booked one night. This was a mistake. I had pre- booked my next night in another town and it could not be cancelled. Otherwise I would have stayed at least one or several more nights. I would highly recommend Zermatt and this hotel.

“Highly recommended”

We stayed wonderful 3 nights at Hotel Hauser with my little daughter. The room was comfortable and staff were all smiley. Ram stake and Chocolate drink at restaurant were very good. I mistakenly left my daughter's jacket and some other small items at hotel. I contact the hotel staff after I came back to London. They quickly replied to my inquiries and very much polite to send them back to my home. I'm very much appreciated their action and quickness. I highly recommend this hotel to who are going to stay at St. Moritz.

Great single room. Clean, nicely furnished, bathroom big enough to move in. Nice breakfast included with room.

“Great stay in St Moritz”

This is a great hotel in the heart of St Moritz. The staff picked us up from the station, no problem, and were very helpful and friendly at checkin. The rooms were big and great view of the mountain. The restaurant is great, and definitely try the chocolate shop - its awesome!

“Two days in St Moritz during the off-season.”

We visited the Hauser Hotel in St Moritz's off season so there weren't a lot of people. This was good from a getting served quickly point of view but not so good in terms of things to do. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the service in the restaurant was excellent. I'd be more than happy to recommend the Hauser Hotel to friends although the overall cost of staying in St Moritz was quite expensive compared with other places travelled e.g. Italy, Singapore, Amsterdam, Paris, Bruges. BTW Beautiful lake. I'd love to see it when it is frozen.

“Central Hotel”

Hotel was central with easy transport and walkable routes to tourist activities. Rather expensive for very basic accommodation.
