Nice place good rooms and pretty decent size bathroom. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. The only negative was they did not have air conditioning.

Property and room was excellent. Property restaurant was OK but we did not get food for 30 mins and order had to be re-entered. We were charged incorrectly by server and manager said we shouldn’t have eaten food if it was wrong. We received the correct order of food. It was just charged incorrectly. Other than that small detail, it was a beautiful place!

Very nice hotel for staying with Pets
My wife and I stayed this hotel with my two dogs. Our experience in this hotel was very nice one. The room were spacious enough for us. The hotel was nice to dogs. All the staff were very nice to us and the dogs. The breakfast was also very good.

Not worth the money
We've booked breakfast and dinner. The quality of the food wasn't good. The breakfast buffet was very small and if you come at 9 o'clock for breakfast a lot of dishes were empty and weren't filled any more. The menus for dinner were monotonuous.

Nice but restaurant org is not on the payed level
Stay was comfortable. Service at the restaurant was below expectation. We waited more than a hrs for the kids to eat, water glasses finished...and overall we asked several things (ketchup, wine overview, etc.) That never arrived or only after several request. Price/quality not matching at all.

5 star service - really unbelievable. We had early departure 6am so would miss breakfast. Staff offered and delivered sandwiches to us the night before, along with fruit, water, chocolate and chips - for each of the 4 of us. No charge, we didn't even ask for this. The girls working on Dec 28 2019 really deserve credit for acting like owners not managers. Highly recommend this place -- updated comfortable rooms and a short 10 min ride from St Moritz. Great job guys.

Room Downgraded
The woman who checked us in was very unsociable. And gave us a downgraded room because she gave our room to a woman who complained about there's. Other hotel personnel were fine. Hotel is a distance from train station. Restaurant is ok but the service is slow

excellent value for nice hotel
Really charming ambiance and super helpful staff. Extraordinary good buffet breakfast. Train station pick-up service. Just across from public pools and water slides and saunas. In fact, free spa in hotel also.

Pontresina
Wonderful old hotel built in 1904 but very nicely renovated. Lovely room - very large with separate toilet and additional very large bathroom and balcony. The breakfast was very good. We did the dinner, bed and breakfast which was great value. The first dinner was not so good with chewy venison but the second dinner was excellent. Wonderful area to do hiking - the chairlift is right behind the hotel with great hikes from the top. The hotel also gave us free passes which covered all the trains, buses, cable cars, funiculars and chairlifts in the area which was a tremendous saving. We rented e-Bikes from a shop 2 doors down from the hotel which are a great way to see the area.

Very pleasant and courteous people at the front desk. Good location, very clean and comfortable room. The service staff in the restaurant for breakfast could be a little bit more friendly.

Decent hotel for the price.
The hotel is a bit off a hike from the train station. Some items like hot water heater and adaptor plug needs to be requested and they don't have people to bring it to your room. You need to come down to the reception to request it. Not much service although you can request to be pickup from the train station when you arrive with luggage. Not much customer service from their reception as well. Although they answer directly your question. The church bell in front of the hotel also rings around 7 and 8pm when we were there.

Beautiful room, wonderful view, and delicious food
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Schweizerhof Pontresina. The room was all I had wanted—very spacious, quiet, and with a magnificent view. The dinner and breakfast that were included in the half pension were also excellent. I would stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family.

We were very happy to have a safe in our room but it was too small for an iPad. Our room also had a flashing red & blue light near our entrance door. The light flashed all night into our faces. It would be a good idea if a cover could be permanently placed over this. The waiter in the restaurant was wonderful.

Nice renovated room. But one of its toilet seats was missing. Lights at the shower was also not working. Heaters also seemed not able to be adjusted.

Lovely Swiss Mountain Hotel
We used this as a stopover on a trip on the Bernina Express from Tirano to Chur. An uphill walk from the station but worth it. A lovely grand hotel with superb mountain views. Our room was spacious with a nice corner seating area. Lovely bathroom with a deep bathtub for a welcome soak. The only disappointment was the 3 course evening meal whovh we opted for rather than go seek a restaurant in town. It was not good value. The buffet salad was tired looking and minimal in choice; the main course meat or fish was insubstantial and the dessert was a pretty normal ice cream. The excellent buffet breakfast made up for some of our disappointment. Great hotel spoilt by the evening meal.

Beautiful location in the alps
We only stayed one night. The hotel was fine but the town was in its off-season so not many places open or open but close early. Don’t come in early June. While it is beautiful it seems to be more of a winter town.

Our hotel is located in the center of Pontresina, close to shops, pharmacy, banks and a 5-minute walk from the Pontresina station from which the famous Bernina Express leaves and 10 minutes from St Moritz.
