Visited in the off peak season. Hotel benefits from its idyllic setting perched high on a steep hill with breath taking views of the snow peaked Alps. Breakfast buffet is great. Service is wonderful. Rates are typically high including for lunch and dinner. Prohibitive for ordinary Americans. Fitness room is modest. Indoor pool is a great feature. Expensive taxi is best bet for transport from Arosa RR station esp. if youve heavy baggage. Tranquil enviromnet. Generous fruit basket on arrival appreciated with more complimentary fruit available in the lobby along with free fresh coffee and chilled mineral water. Only one English channel among the nearly 100 available on cable TV. Internet connection was spotty with frequent outages and generally slow connection. Room size is generous with excellent bath and shower facilities. Balcony overlooking magestic view of the mountains is wondrous.
