Pros: Helpful, friendly staff.
Cons: Was a child's party at the hotel the same weekend. Felt hotel staff could have done a little better job minimizing disruptions to other guests.

The hotel itself was clean and had a welcoming appearance. There were minor issues with a couple of lights in the room that didn't work and the ice machine was not working, but these did not adversely affect my stay. I had interaction with only one hotel employee, the same lady checked me in upon arrival and out upon departure. She did a good job at check-in but had a very cold and unwelcoming demeanor. She did provide ice as (mentioned before) the ice machine was broken. At checkout the same employee was working. I rang the bell as directed by a sign at the desk. She did not respond then I found her tending to other duties in the dining area. I told her that I was checking out and that my keys were left at the desk. Her only response was, "OK". I was expecting at least a "thanks for staying with us" but got nothing further. Overall my experience was good during my stay but a friendlier desk clerk would have made a significant difference.
