“Good Value-Better than you'd expect at the price”

The renovation of the public areas seems to be an ongoing project, so the Econo Lodge doesn't look inviting. However, our room was very clean and in good repair. Bed was firm, but comfortable; water was hot. Even had continental breakfast included. A very good value, at the price.

we stayed a half hour then checked out and left! The state of this hotel was appalling. The door lock did not work even after multiple re-keyings at the front desk, even the maintenance master key had trouble. The light switch at the entry was connected to apparently nothing. The six light vanity bar was missing four bulbs and only one of the two in it was lit. The knob for the bath heat light was broken off. The toilet did not flush properly and almost overflowed with just "water" and small amount of tissue. The carpet was stained with what looked like paint. There was no coffee maker and as we left as quick as we arrived the fact that there was no breakfast and no pool didn't matter. The room appeared that it had been lived in long term by the previous guest. No matter the good deal avoid this hotel!
