Great little cabin!

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: Quiet, cozy, homey, and affordable
Cons: new mattresses....very firm and uncomfortable.
Location: Located just outside of Grayling, lots of golf, restaurants, hiking trails, fire pit...beautiful location
Very nice staff, clean Cabins, stove, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, A/C. My only complaint is that the beds were very firm and uncomfortable. If you don't like extra firm beds, bring a cushion. I'll definitely stay there again, but will be bringing a mattress pad.

Perfect for Exploring the Northern Lower Peninsula

Posted Jan 4, 2014
Pros: Friendly service, good location, and the rate.
Cons: Mentioned earlier. The carpeting needs updating.
Location: Tons of outdoor options for all seasons.
We stayed overnight, after a short hike in Hartwick Pines State Park, on our way to snowshoe the Pigeon River Valley Trails. The person helping us at check in was very friendly and informative about possible places in Grayling to watch the Rose Bowl and have a few beers. The room was spacious and clean with basic amenities needed for a good stay. The only thing we thought could be improved was to change the carpeting which was a thick plush, almost shag length, which was vacuumed but still suggests it can't be entirely clean. That being said, we would stay there on a future trip.

Pros: Price, privacy, friendliness
Location: Grayling, MI
Adorable family-owned business. Could not have asked for more. For the price, we were astounded! We have family in town and will be back, dog and all. Thanks for the great stay!
