“Great Falls”

The hotel was very comfortable, clean, the people were all very friendly. The breakfast in the morning wasn't bad either :) thank you!

“Pleasing review”

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The beds could have been a bit firmer. The pool and hot tub was great. And the hot continental breakfast was wonderful. The location was great...so close to the big mall for shopping.

“pleasant place to stay”

the location for us was perfect,just 5 mins.from everything we needed.the staff was very helpful,room older decor,but clean,the area felt safe,and quiet.

“Not bad for what you pay”

The room was good. The elevator smelled horrible. Was going to swim in the pool but the water was very murky looking. Good for what I paid though. The bed was not bad at all.

“I am not to sure about this”

The television service in the room was non existant, and the front desk employee had no idea as to how to fix it, and refused to move us to a room that had television service.

“I will sleep in my car before I stay there again.”

The employees were GREAT but, the carpet left my feet black! They didn't have microwave/fridge and the bed was horrible. I work in the oilfield and have to stay in some unsavory places. This "hotel" is in the top 3 worst!

“Could not sleep in those beds”

The deodourizer attached to the wall in the elevator was warning, The carpet in the hallways had not been vacuumed for quite some time. Our room seemed clean but the beds were old and sagged so badly that I could not sleep with a pillow.

“breach of contract”

A fundamental term of a hotel stay is a quiet night. Seemingly, indifference to this by hotel staff as noise continued, unabated, from adjoining rooms until 4am.
