A Good Stay for the Money Paid.Posted Jun 16, 2014
Pros: Good value. Newer clean rooms. The cable box for the tv was nice - like being at home.
Cons: The wifi needs definite help. Extend the breakfast hour until 10 and ensure that there are the 4 hot items promised. Breakfast items should be full.
Location: Perfect area for shopping with many restaurant choices close by.
My daughter and I planned a last minute trip to Great Falls for shopping. We travel to Great Falls 5 or 6 times a year and normally stay at The Best Western Heritage Inn but the last few times it's been booked and have stayed at The Holiday Inn Express. This time both hotels were booked. We used Expedia and booked at The Comfort Inn and Suites. It's in the newer part of town and still has the new appearance. We arrived late and we were checked into our room within a few minutes. The room was on the first floor and was clean but smaller. It was perfect for 2 people but a third or fourth would have made it a bit of a nightmare. Everything worked well in the room except the toilet and someone was out to fix it within about 3 minutes. Wifi was included and it was very hot or miss. We mentioned it to the front desk staff that night and she said well we do have 4 routers but it didn't help really. Breakfast was included and runs from 6:30 until 9:30am. It ends a bit early I think and when we arrived just before 9 the eggs were over cooked yet cool and there was no meat.he meat was brought in about 9:20 with the lady apologizing. Overall it's a good value for the price but isn't a Best Western by no means. I would go back again if my other 2 go to hotels were booked.

Nice enough but could improve.Posted Jun 15, 2014
No instructions for operating the TV remote. Also the telephone was not working. These things shouod have been inspected before guests checked in, not fixed later at guests' insistence.

Recently Updated with a Great LocationPosted May 21, 2014
We were really impressed with this Comfort Inn. It was tastefully updated and had large rooms. Despite being next to the highway, it was remarkably quiet. Location was great - plenty of restaurants and a few shops around. The mall was just 5 minutes away. We really enjoyed the continental breakfast (biscuits and gravy - yum!). Staff were friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to others.

Very convenient--pleasantly surprised by the hotelPosted Mar 27, 2014
Pros: Rooms were exceptional. Quiet heating/AC unit. Refridgerator and microwave in room.
Cons: Not much. Was every bit as nice as higher priced hotels that I have stayed in.
Location: Great Falls......Hmmmm, it's always a "great day" in Great Falls. Don't miss C.M.Russell museum and Giant Springs
I usually stay at Hiltons, Hyatt, etc. They were booked in Great Falls for that evening. Chose Comfort Inn for convenience to the airport. What a surprise! Very nice room. Desk staff assisted in finding a good place to eat at 10:30 pm. Thank you! Will plan on staying here next trip.

Great stay. Unique room lay out. Very convenient location. Better than average breakfast included. Only negative was no hot tub after a day of hard skiing.
