Pros: Location and a comfortable bed.
Cons: Better lighting on the outside ground floor of the hotel, for security reasons.
Location: Shopping, sporting events, restaurants, bars, view of the river, quick trip to the airport
Hotel is conveniently located for the events we were in town to attend. Easy and quick check in with friendly staff. Rooms updated and clean. All rooms face the center of the hotel so noise was a bit of an issue as groups/teams returned to the hotel in the middle of the night. Excellent amenities for families travelling with children.

Great if you have kids!

Pros: We liked that the hotel had a restaurant - we didn't have to drag the kids out in the cold to eat. Also, since we stayed there, the kids ate free!
Cons: The bouncy house should be inflated and ready for use or take it out completely!
We enjoyed our stay, but we were disappointed that we did not get to use the bouncy house. It was not inflated in the evening (why, we couldn't figure out!), so we asked at the front desk & were told it would be up and ready in the morning. Our 3 year old son was really looking forward to jumping in the "bouncy house". In the morning it was still not inflated so we asked again about it & were told it was closed because they were cleaning the pool! (What does the pool being cleaned have anything to do with the bouncy house?) So, we were disappointed that our kids didn't get to bounce. We did really enjoy the pool though & hot tub! The floors in the pool area were kind of dirty so I'd recommend bringing some pool shoes.

Great hotel, good value. Would not recommend pool side room unless you have children and are ok with noise until the pool closes. Over all great stay, friendly staff, and good on site restaurant.

Pros: It was very conveniently located to where we were going
Cons: Nothing apparent to us
Location: Right off 10th Ave, the Market Place Mall and Holiday Village Mall were very close by.
We were greeted warmly by every staff member we encountered. The food in the restaurant was great. We would absolutely stay here again

Pros: The heating system worked fine.
Cons: As mentioned, security could be improved. The side door lock to the hotel should be in working condition. Some serious upgrading should be considered
Location: Hotel is located in what appeared to be "old Great Falls" downtown.
The hotel is showing wear and tear and needs some TLC. Our room looked tired and well used with deficiencies like a quarter-sized chip in the bath tub finish. Our room was right across from the casino entrance and so it was noisy even within our room with the door closed. Also the exit door located near our room had a card lock system, which didn't work. Public were using it as an access to the casino. All in all we were disappointed in the hotel

I'm sorry to hear about your room, rest assured I'm taking additional steps to keep both the noise down in those areas and to update security on that side of the building because as you said, the door is so close to the lounge that our lounge patrons at night tend to prop the door open for quick access in and out. I'll be communicating with my bellstaff on doing routine checks to make sure that door stays closed and locked. Additionally, we acknowledge the hotel's need for an update and will be doing a complete refresh of all guests rooms among other areas in the coming months. Pros: Everything.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: You are 10 minutes from the airport. Restaurants and shopping are all around you within minutes.
I stay at this hotel at least 3 times a year when I travel back to visit family. I have never had a bad experience, I LOVE the beds and sleep like a baby, everything is always a wonderful experience, great staff, food, and drinks. I will continue to visit this hotel.

Pros: Its location, the beds, the size of the room, the restaurant.
Cons: The air conditioner!
Location: We were attending a gamers' convention that was held in a fully-booked hotel nearby. Holiday Village Mall was nearby, quite large for Montana.
The hotel had an up-scale appearance, but obviously had been there a while. The room was comfortably large, good TV, WiFi, sound insulation, etc. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn't work, and the window was screwed shut. A hotel attendant tried very hard to find the right tools to remove the screws holding the window shut, but couldn't. It turned out that my room mate had a multi-tool screw driver with a Torx head that worked and we got it open (with the attendant's approval) and the room cooled down. The breakfast at the hotel that came with the Expedia deal was excellent.

Stay with the hotel was worth it. There was just 1 glitch and that's the shower. I have to call for service to make it work. It definitely needs repair.
