“Keep up the good work”

We enjoyed our stay but never got to use the pool or dinning room,there were some items that needed attention in our room to which I passed on .But overall the management and team were 100% we would stay again and next time use the pool and dinning room,The great thing was that it was central to the CBD.

“Not impressed”

Bed was OK, free wireless great. But bathroom was really old and needed urgent renovation. Personal was friendly, but all in all Hotel has seen better times (years ago). We stayed only one night to have an early start for the great ocean view.

“Would not stay there again.”

The hotel staff were very friendly. Our room was old, tired and grubby, it was like stepping back into the 60's. The bed was lumpy, my husband had someone's loose hair over his pillow. We had to rewash the cups before we could use them. The place needs a complete overhall. The car park spaces are so tight, and I mean tight, we had trouble getting out of our car, and it was a small car. It was a disappointment arriving at this hotel after a full days driving.
