The 2 bed apartment was very clean and incredibly spacious. Reception service was very friendly. We had a garden view room but as we were on the 3rd floor (Elanora block) we still had quite good views of the ocean. I would hjighly recommend this place. If you are in Lorne and looking for somewhere to eat though, I highly do NOT recommed the cafe Arab - unless you love the world's slowest food service.

“lovely hotel and location, but horrible beds”

This is a lovely hotel with generous room sizes that cater primarily to families on holiday. It is conveniently located across from the Lorne beach and a number of restaurants. A few things (e.g. jacuzzi) were not working and the walls are a bit thin so on a holiday weekend you can hear some of the other guests, but the biggest concern was the uncomfortable beds with no support whatsoever - all of our backs hurt within an hour of going to bed each night and lasted throughout the day. Simply replacing old mattresses would solve this problem but until this happens we won't be staying again, which is unfortunate as it really is a wonderful venue.

Very good and efficient checkin and a hotel in a great location. Very spacious apartment although the bedroom was quite small and in a noisy location by the tennis courts. Pleased overall however and would stay here again when next visiting Lorne.
