“Not impressed considering its a new hotel”

1. Room was not ready for check in till 2.45pm 2. Inadequate draws in Deluxe room for clothing 3. Cleaning of room was not satisfactory - coffee and sugar satchels not replaced, cups left unclean, bathroom vanity and mirror not cleaned, bed badly remade

“Not happy”

Firstly the room was not ready until 1435.We booked a room through expedia for three guests one of which was a twelve year old. We booked a deluxe room with pool view which stated there was room for a roll away bed. When we arrived there was a cot in the room. We then rang reception who explained that the deluxe room does not accommodate a roll away bed and we would have to pay an extra $50 for another room. We didn't have much choice but to accept your generous offer!!
