“Perfect for the overnight”

In town for the Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame weekend (don't judge me). Easy check in, room was big, clean, king size bed, about 60 tv channels (no PPV), and recliner. Bed & pillows were comfy. Toilet was a bit weak with its ability to send stuff down but got the job done. Only 1 min drive to downtown. Located right off the exit, and about 35 mins from Albany. Continential breakfast was lacking a bit, overall had a great stay.

“Great service -- Helped me recover my netbook that was left behind”

My teenage son carried our netbook out the front door of the hotel, then set it down on a bench in the entryway. When we got home we realized the netbook was missing, and called the hotel to see if it was found. An employee had seen it and picked it up. The hotel made contact with UPS for me to pick up the netbook and ship it to me.

“A Standard Motel”

Easy accessible location. Just a standard motel. No restaurant available. Standard breakfast.

“Quick ovenight for a DMB show at SPAC”

I stayed at this hotel during a quick overnight trip to SPAC to see the Dave Matthews Band. I liked it's location right off I90, and it was on the main road to the venue. The hotel itself was just OK - like a lot of Super 8's it's in need of updating, and the rooms could be a little cleaner. But you can't beat the location if you're doing a similar trip (seeing a show at SPAC). The staff were certainly helpful enough.

“good stopover”

Ideal for a quick stop when travelling on the I90, some good shopping nearby eg Wal mart.

“Wireless Internet nightmare”

This hotel is ok if you are spending the night for a break on your long journey. Wireless Internet is horrible. Breakfast not that great, would prefer McDonald's instead. Kinda of expensive with the wireless problems.

“One small slip-up, quickly fixed”

I had reserved a room with 2 dbl beds & this was confirmed at check in. We were given keys to a room with one king bed instead. Went back to the Main Desk and were quickly re-assigned. There was a mistake with either the hotel or Expedia booking computers. Desk Staff was friendly and helpful.

“Not at all happy with the maid service”

Second day of my stay the maid took or threw out all of my toletries (shampoo & conditioner, body spray, razor, wipes etc. all of it gone) The Hotel did absoluley nothing about replacing them or any other comp to make up for it! The maid did not refil the coffee or the cups in the room. Basically all she did was make the bed and refil towels and soap, and all this after I tipped her $5 for the first day and $5 for the second day. Well for day 3 & 4 she got no tip!

“Needs some attention”

While it is a typical chain hotel, there was broken glass in the room that had not been cleaned up by housekeeping; and the place is usually full being right off the THruway, and there was only one young man working the entire night. We asked for extra pillows, and it took him over 5 hours to get to our request. There should have been another person working to help him out. Price was typical for a chain hotel, and I chose it becuase it was cheaper than the others in the area. Next time, I will not go for cheaper $ becuase the place was just looking worn out and not getting the attention a busy chain hotel should get.
