Have stayed here a couple of times but this time was disappointed when I arrived 30 minutes after check in and the room clean had not been completed. Despite this inconvenience the room was up to the usual standard and the meal - via room service was delicious.

I did not like that they don’t do room service everyday and we need to tell in advance … someone need to tell before or check in .. I know it was in doc but if you checkout late then you can’t plan ..

The room and bathroom were a decent size and clean. The staff were friendly. However it was a very noisy location with traffic and thin wall to other rooms. We stayed there because the reviews of Ryan restaurant were good but it was not open the two nights we were there.

Room size was fine, bed comfortable. Unfortunately, didn't have a least a toaster or a microwave. Towels were dated. Pillows smelt perspiration.

Decent hotel, clean, quiet, fridge, microwave, ok location. But...i arrived at 1:35pm to check if my room might be ready and it was the first time ever that the staff person didn't get my name and check if my room was ready yet; in this case the woman just said the cleaners are still cleaning (generally) and to come back in 20 minutes. I want too impressed with that level of service. Otherwise the hotel was nice.

This is a really great motel. Rooms are modern, super clean and comfy. The restaurant was a total bonus as we were too tired to venture into town. Great for an overnighter or a base for a few days while getting to know Albany.

Lovely place to stay, comfortable, spacious room. Clean and tidy. Only negative comment is the rooms are not sound proof at all, the adjoining room's shower/toilet use was very annoying at all hours of the night.
