Good area to reach city and west end. Good comfortable hotel. Poor parking area. Policed heavily to ensure compliance with law.

Perfect experience.Posted Nov 18, 2014
Cons: Parking availability, but I realise that that isn't really possible in such a busy area.
Location: The location was/is unquestionably one of the best places to be as the hotel is not far from the city centre nor the west end.
From the first moment of the easy booking with Expedia to the friendly, helpful, really lovely hotel receptionist, this was a perfect experience. Upon arriving the room looked comfortable and welcoming. The room and bathroom were very clean. I thought the coconut soap dispensers on both the shower wall and wash hand basin wall were such a good idea. The room had everything you would need for a stay. They'd thought of everything. I would visit the hotel again in a heartbeat. Perfect everything.

Bien situado, próximo a la UniversidadPosted Nov 14, 2014
Pros: Su ubicación
Cons: El silencio
Lamentable golpeo de la puerta de acceso al edificio constante y durante toda la noche que penaliza el descanso. La puerta, por seguridad, se cierra automáticamente de forma brusca, penalizando el silencio de las habitaciones próximas.

Great hotelPosted Oct 11, 2014
Pros: The decor
Location: Right by Kelvingrove art gallery.
Clean and well maintained. We booked a double and were given a lovely big room (a triple) which included a dining table and chairs as wells as a sofa. Beautifully decorated, made a change from the bland hotel rooms I often stay in. Lovely powerful shower. Nice touches included generous tea & coffee supplies. Only a short walk from SECC and from Exhibition train station. Bus No 3 from Central station stops outside. Great place to stay in Glasgow. Can't comment on breakfast as didn't have it.
