“Drymen's Choice Hotel”

The receptionist was very welcoming and our room was readily changed when requested to a quieter location. The included breakfast was very good and the evenin meal was lovely and reasonably priced. Unable to comment on spa as forgot suitable attire. Would definitely use the hotel again and recommend to others

Would highly recommend this hotel. Great for a romantic break. Staff very friendly and the food is fabulous! Not much for children to do though but perfect for couples to get away to relax and unwind!

this hotel was very well presented clean and friendly staff rooms were of a good standard. The dining room didnt work lacking in style could do with a makeover.Disappointed in the standard of the evening meal we had, only eat there the first night, breakfast however was very good. Would stay there again.

The Buchannan Arms offers great value for money as you get really good friendly service, the room was excellent ( we had a family room which was really roomy) and there is a fantastic leisure club and pool attached to the hotel. The location couldn't be better - just minutes from Loch Lomond.

“A little big gem, Can't wait to go back,”

This was one of the best hotels i have stayed in for service and the quality of the food, and standards. Food and drinks not expensive, like some other hotels. Lots of wonderful walks and places to visit, we could have stayed at the hotel there longer very relaxed place to be. The spa was a bonus to use very clean and modern, and well used by locals as was the hotel, good to see. This is a 3 star hotel closer to 4 star, and the evidence of continued work on the apperance inside and outside of the hotel on going. We will certainly be back there very soon, and have told all our family and friends on this little big gem of a hotel.

“Very enjoyable and relaxing stay”

The hotel was lovely and facilities were excellent. We ate in the restaurant at night and the food was also excellent. The staff couldn't do enough to help and I was extremely impressed by there friendly and helpful attitude.

What a fabulous find! Could not fault anything. Staff were attentive without being overbearing, dinner was delightful and the breakfast set you up for the day with everything you would hope to find and more! The spa and pool were just what you needed after a trek up Ben Lomond and were spotlessly clean. We can't wait to return! Full marks to all at The Buchanan Arms!!

We really like the Hotel in the past as we visited it a couple of times. However now it got refurbished and it lost some of it's atmosfeer/ cosiness. We missed the old carpets in the room en the old smell hard to describe. On hte other side the key card locks/ wireless internet and the Spa where a nice welcome. Thru out the Hotel the service is perfect from the recepetion to the personel in the Spa it was perfect/ friendly and ment.
