First of all I picked up the keys from a guy who didn't speak English he just handed me the keys so I went to the building I stayed in last time but my key didn't work so had to go back to the reception and the guy took me to a different building block And then when I got into my apartment it wasn't good the bed was broken all the furnisher was bad the telecom to open the front door didn't work everything was in such bad condition and to top it off my door didn't lock so couldn't leave and at night I had to jam a chair up at the door incase someone came in and when I said to the cleaner the next day he said yes there is a problem with the door

Not what we expected!Posted Nov 25, 2013
Pros: It's quite central, room is a of a god size
Cons: cleanliness, insulation, access to the room
Staff could not speak english (yes, the hotel is in Glasgow). The rooms are at a different place from the place where you pick up the keys! The electronic key to enter the hotel did not work. We found old tea bags in the kettle.. Insultaion of the room was not good, we were cold at night with no chance to increase the heating..

Living room was nice But bedroom was so bad Tiny room with white paint that was wearing off and turned black. Bed covers were dirty and broken side cabinets and cupboard! Was the most uncomfy bed ever

Great location, total dumpPosted Sep 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
Visiting scotland from US on business. Really had minimalistic expectations but this place was a total dump. Service was terrible, staff nowhere to be found - and when located...not helpful at all. Linens were dirty (clear footprints on towels, blood stains on sheets), mattress only 2" thick and worn. But otherwise perfect...not. Must say that location was great and safety was never an issue. If ur backpacking thru europe and dont care about the quality of space you get its perfect for housing 10+ people for very low price. But bring your own linens!

The worst bed in my lifePosted Aug 27, 2013
Pros: Could be a nice place becaue the building and the location in the city are very good
Cons: Everything !
Location: Well located to visit the city or do shopping. The Sauchiehall Street is very central
It is a shame : room uncleaned (we had to insist to have the beds dressed), no table and chairs to eat, lot of damages And the worst bed I ever seen in my life

Please avoidPosted Aug 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
The worse place I have ever stayed, broken furniture suppose to be fully serviced but didn't see one cleaner in my 6 day stay. Made a complaint five days ago to the property management and still not received a response.

Seriously needs a clean...!!!Posted Aug 19, 2013
Unclean. I wouldn't be surprised if there were things growing on the sofa, vile! Lack of tea cloths, towels and cutlery. Rude staff at reception.

Living hell!!!Posted Jul 8, 2013
DO NOT STAY HERE! So badly run, it's unbelievable. Reception informed they were behind in housekeeping-no problem, we were going out. We entered first apartment-filthy doesnt cover it! Clearly hadn't been cleaned after previous guests, rubbish in bin, dirty floors, etc. But the knockout was the disgusting state of the bed, as there was no linen, it was a bare mattress that I wouldn't have allowed my dog to sleep on! I won't even describe the duvet/pillows! My friends apartment was equally as bad, and there was no electricity. On phoning reception we were told the manager would be right along, needless to say we're still waiting! On return, my linen was left in a heep on the floor at the door, dirty and hairy. My friend is still waiting for her linen/towels. Spent over an hour trying the emergency number-thats a joke, never answered! Night was spent lying on a suspect couch. Reception staff next day explained there isn't enough linen/towels to go round! What really struck us though was the lack of anything to do with fire safety-no extinguisher/blanket/directions in case of fire! Apparently they don't have to as they are renting out private apartments, and they know this! My friend had no inside handle on the living room door-what was to happen if she had closed it and there had been a fire?Frightening! Other guests had similar experiences. As much as we have complained to the company, they're clearly not interested. But I'm shouting from the rooftops regarding this outfit.
