“Great value for money”

Stayed for 3 nights and paid for B&B. We expected a room with a garden view but got upgraded to an executive suite overlooking the loch. The hotel is beautiful, the service is great and the spa exceptional. Food and drink was expensive as you would expect with a 5* hotel. We ate out and would strongly recommend the Princess Rose Cantonese restaurant in Balloch. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

booked cameron house as a surprise for our first anniversary and wasn't disapointed! i believe the hotel has had a make over recently and now has a brilliant contemporary scottish look to the rooms, restraunts and bars. service was excellent and couldn't be faulted, will definately be returning in the future

“Wonderful Scottish Hospitality”

I loved everything about Cameron house! I arrived at 7:30 am after a very long flight from Seattle. Since check-in time isn't until 3:00 pm, I was expecting to have a lot of time to kill but they actually had my room ready for me! I couldnt' believe it. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and made me feel most welcome. The concierge team was also incredible (and looking smashing in their kilts). When I arrived, I asked if there were a convenience store nearby that I could walk to and pick up some soft drinks and snacks to stock the small fridge in my room. Instead of giving me directions, they actually chaueffered me there and back, free of charge, and even helped me carry my purchases. The location is just gorgeous, the rooms are lovely, and the L'Occitane toiletries a bonus. Very classy. If I had to come up with a negative, it would be that the service in the main dining room was really slow. Especially in the evenings.

Incredible location, gorgeous (and romantic) hotel, friendly staff, fantastic restaurant...I could keep going. Suffice it to say, if you can afford it, this hotel is without a doubt worth it.
