Nice hotel but a bit far from City CentrePosted Sep 5, 2014
Pros: Staff were helpful room was clean.
Location: The location was by the river but it wasn't convenient to restaurants or other tourist sites.
My daughter and I were visiting Glasgow with a one night stay over. The Hilton Garden Inn was very pleasant but I wouldn't recommend it to someone who is visiting short term and wants easy access to the City Center. There is a bus but the hours it runs are limited (something like 11am start and 5pm end).

Bit far from centre of GlasgowPosted Jul 16, 2014
Pros: Free wifi
Cons: TV in the room
Location: Walking along Clyde riverside - avoiding fast bike riders!
We learned to catch the train! We found an Apple Mac as the tv option unusual and difficult to watch as the sync was poor and the screen kept freezing

Well it was a pretty darn good hotel.Posted Jul 14, 2014
The place was lively in the bar but super peaceful in the rooms we had.We liked the location by the Clyde and quiet neighbourhood and proximity to a few good resturants and a cool kareoke pub just up the street.

Great location and value for moneyPosted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: Location, the room, the facilities.
Cons: Biscuits in the room?
I would recommend this place as value for money and excellent room facilities. As a biker, more secure parking facilities would be nice, but apart from that I couldn't criticise a thing about the place. Will definitely book this place again next time I'm in Glasgow.

Excellent hotel with SECC & Hydro right on the dooPosted Jun 29, 2014
Pros: The proximity to the SSE Hydro
Cons: Car park could be upgraded
Stayed at this hotel for an event at the Hydro. Room was lovely only downside was the bathroom was very small. Staff were friendly and facilities were good. The hotel is literally just across the road from the Hydro which took all the hassle out of leaving the concert. A most enjoyable stay.

More holiday inn than hilton garden inn!Posted Jun 23, 2014
Holiday inn at hilton prices. Definitely not the usual hilton standard. Was seated in a thoroughfare for breakfast! I can see how they have tried to add one hilton touches but there is no disguising that it's just not hilton standard.
