“Great Hotel”

After reading some negative reviews of this hotel, i am so glad that i went ahead with the booking and made up my own mind. I think this is a superb hotel which met all my needs. I have stayed at others in Glasgow and this to-date has been my favourite. There are some fabulous eateries nearby and overall i have a really great time.

“AN EXCELLENT HOTEL”

This hotel is convenient for shoppinig in Byres Road, convenient to subway for getting into city centre, near Botanic Gardens and not far from SECC if you are attending a concert as we were. Overall no complaints at all. Would definitely recommend it to everyone. The staff were really helpful and pleasant and the atmosphere in the hotel was smashing.

“Very Impressed”

Very, very impressed with our stay. I recognise that Hilton may be seen as somewhat 'corporate' however I have to say that I could not fault anything about this hotel. If asked to find one thing wrong, I felt that the evening meals in the hotel's restaurant were a little on the expensive side but that really is a trivial complaint following a great stay.

Good hotel, well placed for bars, restaurants, attractions and good access to subway for quick ride to city centre. Excellent breakfast.

“Well located hotel”

across the street from the Botanic Gardens and in the heart of Glasgow's buzzing West End. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was busiess-level comfortable. It was a short stay but a good one.

Just a little dissapointed with room, though comfortable just not what u expected. Looked at website for hotel deluxe room appeared to have a kingsize bed and settee etc, i got small double and chair for me and my daughter. Over all i was very happy with staff and service offered.

“Convenient for a short stay”

Decent enough hotel for a short stay. Staff were very helpful with parking our cars etc.. Location good - near Botanic Gardens and some local nightlife not far away.

“Lovely Glasgow hotel”

This was our first visit to this hotel, having tried quite a few in Glasgow on previous visits. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Dinner in the very comfortable restaurant was expensive but the food was of high quality and the menu intersting. The choice of food available at breakfast was also impressive but staff were not always available to assist. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The only slight irritation was that a wedding party took over the hotel bar on the Saturday evening and the noise of the reception carried up to our room until it finished at approx. 1am. We would return to this hotel any time.
