Convenient locationPosted Jul 5, 2014
The hotel was conveniently located to town and Queen St Station, and it was great that breakfast was included. We found the hotel quiet and comfortable, and the hotel staff helpful. Would visit again.

Perfect location. Close to the bus station & townPosted Jun 24, 2014
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Beds and bedding
Location: Perfect city centre location within walking distance to all places of interest
Location of room was poor. It was stifling hot. Window was left open but we were subjected to whirr of air conditioning unit outside window all night. Impossible to sleep. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Mattress was very very thin and quilt was not clean. No cover sheet on beds. Handle of toilet was loose and shower leaked onto toilet floor. Staff were brilliant but would not use this hotel again.

Stayed a couple of nights, location is great, there are several pubs and restaurants nearby and the hotel is located near the train station and the motorways.

Nice hotel for a short stay.Posted Jun 11, 2014
Pros: The location is excellent, only two minutes from the bus station and five minutes from the train station. A huge movie theater right around the corner
Cons: Remove the annoying need to use room keys to use the elevators.
This hotel is very good, however our room was quite small, with no view. The free Wi-Fi in the room is for a maximum of two computers. There are no outlets in the bathroom to connect a flat iron or an electric toothbrush. The TV is very small.

Warm welcomePosted Jun 5, 2014
Front desk staff very helpful Gave us good tips for our ongoing travel in Bonnie Scotland. Thank you. Breakfast was very good start to the day. Only concern the room for leaving baggage after check out was not locked and no one checked what we left or took out. Overall good value for money had a happy experience.

Not in a very good part of town. All outlets but one were covered so access to electricity was virtually nil. Stay somewhere else!
