Hotel was clean and tidy and breakfast was lovely, rooms are quiet small, and we found being in room 20 on the top floor was very hot, even though we turned off the radiator before going out and opening the window. Stairs are steep and I didn't see if they had accessible rooms available so I can't comment. Otherwise, staff pleasant and close to Hampden and Glasgow Green if you wanted to stay for concert goers. Street parking only as we could only see 2 spaces available directly outside the hotel and didn't look like that was for patrons and this might be a problem on event nights with parking restrictions.

Everyone was very welcome and lovely breakfast staff very very friendly and attentive. Will definitely recommend and will be back to stay again. Hotel is just beautiful. Only wee thing I couldn't get a soft drink it was after midnight I suffer from PTSD and had a nightmare I really needed something cold but that was not the hotel fault just there was not where I could find the close time for the bar. The gentleman on shift just said no the bar is shut.

Very nice comfortable and pleasing on the eye surroundings. Staff hardworking front desk staff showed us to our room explaining things and was also the server for our meal. Special mention but didn’t catch her name Check in Wednesday 10th January. Breakfast excellent and would defo recommend. Only issue was workmen drilling and cutting in the room next to ours

Fantastic location for attending events at Hampden Park. Executive Club suite is roomy with the comfiest bed ever. Decent breakfast and parking too.

Lovely stay
Great welcome from the friendly receptionist.Room was lovely and cosy too. Mattress was in need of replacing as very old and uncomfortable. Great breakfast choice and lovely dinner at good prices. Will be back.

Always a favourite in Glasgow
The 10 hotel in Glasgow was just grand. Our 5th stay in 8 years, it was better than past years, with a little more service, a little larger room for our needs, and just a little more effort put in to make guests feel welcome. Getting Club room is worth the extra money, for the spaciousness but also away from the popular beer garden in the rear of the hotel. You just have to know what type of room and staying away from the weekend dates, will help with the enjoyment of this quaint hotel, in a quiet neighbourhood.

Great place!
I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms felt new. Everything was clean. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were really good. And most of all the staff and service was incredible! Everyone was so polite and professional and helpful and friendly!

Great value, good breakfast, convenient for city
Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean and super convenient for access to the city centre. Crosshill train station is minutes away and only 3 stops from Central Station. Easy parking, care as would on limited occasions might be challenging if football on at Hampden as signs indicated, not when we were there so cannot say for sure, but pretty sure hotel would advise as they very helpful.

Stayed here before but in the annex the last time I stayed , was having a really nice night but it was let down as I didn’t know they allowed dogs to stay and some lovely hotel guest decided to have a conversation and let her dog bark outside my room at 11.30 pm . Ruined my sleep as I’m a very light sleeper just tainted my stay as it’s a really nice hotel but wouldn’t stop me staying again.
