Pros: The staff. Great sense of humour and they are courteous and helpful.
Cons: Breakfast is a bit pricey.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They are responsive to any requests. Rooms are great.

Stay anywhere but here!

Pros: The two young men on duty during our morning checkout were wonderful. They were friendly, helpful, and personable. Great job, guys!
Cons: 1. Parking should not be an extra charge. 2. Install a better internet situation. 3. Customer service needs improvement.
Location: We chose this hotel based on its proximity to the airport. However, it's NOT close enough to walk if you have luggage. You still need a car or taxi.
From the time we got out of the car, nothing seemed to go at all well at this hotel. The gentleman on duty at the desk was extremely gruff and difficult. First there was an issue about the payment for parking, and next over the lack of internet in the lobby. I explained that we selected the Ramada because the advertisement said there was free internet, and he repeatedly argued back that they do NOT, in fact, claim to have internet. He said I had to pay to use the lobby computer in order to go online. I succumbed, paying 2 pounds for 40 minutes. In that entire time, I was not even able to check my email, as the signal was almost non-existent. When I politely asked for a refund, the aforementioned man refused, and suggested that if I wanted internet, I needed to go over to the airport. Next, my family went to the restaurant in the lobby, hoping to get a quick dinner. Even though there were only two other customers in the entire dining room, it took 30 minutes before someone would finally take our order, and yet another 30 minutes for them to bring the 2 small pizzas we ordered. Terrible, terrible service! My father laughed, noting that there were more people working in the dining room than there were customers. Shame on them for ignoring their customers. Our actual room had a broken window that would not close properly, and with only light covering on the beds, we were quite chilly all night. All told, we were delighted when morning came, and it was time to depart

No curtains in the room. Only a grubby net curtain. Carpet darker looking at the door. Really disappointed at thos hotel. Will not be staying again

Good hotel close right next to airport, no wifi

Ramada is at a very good location. You can walk to the airport even with your luggage. The restaurant has limited options and there's no wifi in the rooms but only at the reception and common areas. The staff is very friendly. They let me keep my luggage in their office. Overall a good experience, though not giving Wifi in rooms seemed very odd as hotels much cheaper than that offer this for free.

This airport hotel was great for what we needed it for. The rooms are fine and clean. The highlight for me and the reason I would return and recommend is the staff!!! All staff that I encountered were very friendly and extremely helpful!! It's not luxury - it's good to serve the purpose of being close to the airport for an early flight. It is also very quiet! Once again, kudos to the great staff.

I mainly stayed here as I had an early flight the next morning. Room was really clean. About a 5 minute walk to/from airport. I would stay here again.

Ideal for pre flight stay

Pros: Near to airport.
Cons: Restaurant was poorly staffed. Our starter was ok but main meal took 45 minutes to arrive. It was only after I complained that it appeared.
Location: Only stayed one night because it was near the airport.
Ideal if you have an early flight or arrive late. Ideal for parking car when going on holiday. The restaurant seemed to be having staffing issues. Meal was late in arriving and actually cold. I had fish and chips which I could not eat. They did deduct it from the bill but what should have been an enjoyable start to our holiday was disappointing. The rest of the hotel was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff on reception friendly and helpful. Restaurant and kitchen staff did not seem to know what they were doing as service was very slow and food not good.
