I love this hotel, enjoyed the location, the staff, and especially the shower and the gym! The rooms are beautiful and clean and the overall decor is fantastic. Unfortunately the wifi was unusable for 3 of the 4 days we stayed and this is not acceptable in this day and age. Everything is amazing, except the internet. I would love to see high speed internet to make this location truly a luxury!
If you do not need to use WiFi to work or make international calls then definitely stay here. It's a wonderful hotel!

This was a stayover for the weekend on mothers day. The hotel is beautiful in a quiet place, one floor, lots of gardens, pools and a nice Sunday morning brunch. The room was large enough with a quiet air conditioning a no exterior noise.

Stayed at this hotel because of a long layover going from Ecuador to San Francisco. Arrived at 9:30 pm and left the next morning at 6:30 am. No shuttle from the airport to hotel, even though I emailed the hotel 48 hours prior to arriving (they did respond informing me that they do not offer that service). Greeted warmly and given a free drink voucher for use in the lobby bar. I was offered assistance to my room, but I declined (no bags, as they were checked on for next leg of my flight). Room was on the 6th floor, facing the highway. There was definitely traffic noise, but I was so exhausted, I'm not sure that I wouldn't have fallen asleep lying on the highway. The bathroom was very clean, and there were two free bottles of non-carbonated water. Furniture was dated, but clean and not torn or worn-out. The bed was firm/hard, but I like that, so... Shower pressure was good. 5 minutes before I was to meet the free shuttle TO the airport in the morning I received a call reminding me. No time for breakfast, though that was an option.

The Guadalajara Metropolitan Area is the second most populous in Mexico, behind only Mexico City. Situated in the central region of Jalisco, Guadalajara is a major commercial center, as well as a hub for visitors to Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, and Manzanillo. With its rich cultural heritage, festivals, and vibrant artist community, the city is also a major tourist destination in its own right.
